I am single and from India, I have been offered 9000 gross/month plus bonus. Will this be a decent offer to live in Wroclaw?

4. What is the salary appraisal period in Poland in general

I am looking forward to move to Poland as soon as I receive my Permit. Speaking of which, any idea how long does it take for the work permit to come and for how long is it valid for?
