Law / Under Polish law, is an absent parent entitled to claim an income from their child?!?! [4]
I am looking for some general feedback, I will get some firm details in a few days.
An individual who works in the UK, is married here and has a child, has returned to Poland for a holiday.
On arriving in Poland, they find several letters at their previous address "court papers"
These papers I am told say that this persons father, who left the family when the child was 12, is now claiming - though courts in Poland - an income form the child.
From a UK point of view this sounds impossible - can it be the case in Poland?
If / When I get the "Court Papers" I will post more, any initial thoughts would be helpful.
