UK, Ireland / Dog / Rabies vaccination / London and EU travel [3]

Hello,

If possible, may I ask if anyone knows a friendly veterinarian around London area who could possibly back-date Rabies vaccination? I have to travel abroad shortly and only now found out that required rabies vaccination must be provided 21 days before a dog may re-enter UK.
