I have ancestors from Mikstat and they were jewish. I plan to return something next Spring. Maybe I can do some looking around for you,

I just remembered that in Mikstat there is a general store, and the owner has written an extensive History of the town,
He is the local historian.
He would very likely have the information that you are looking for. I suggest you contact the municipality and get his phone number.
