Law / Overstaying Tourist Visa and not getting deported from Poland? I'm from USA [13]

I know I might get some flak for this but do you know anyone that overstayed their tourist visa and managed to not get deported?

I have a girlfriend in Poland that I want to live with.. I am from Los Angeles, USA, by the way.

Study / Is it possible to apply for a student visa upon arrival in Poland? [6]

Hey everyone!

I plan on coming to Poland (American here) and applying for a student visa. Now, I have some questions: Can I apply for a student visa when I arrive? Also, I was just in Poland 5 days ago for 3 weeks. How does the Schengen zone thing work? Did I just use 21 days out of my 180 allowed? Can I return?

And finally, I plan to marry my girlfriend. Could I do this on a student visa? Are there any Americans here that have gone through the process? I've done a good amount of Google searches but I would like your guys' experience.

However, is it mandatory to apply for a student visa in the states? Can I just do it when I get there?

Once I get married, my girlfriend and I probably won't be able to live together until we find a flat. Would that be a problem with the legal process?

How long does a temporary visa take to process? For example, I'm going to hand mine in 70 days before my schengen stamp goes bad. Would that be enough time?

Hello everyone, again.

When I get to Poland and apply for a student visa (resident permanent for a fixed period), is there anywhere I can get insurance?

I'm an American (non EU) so is there anywhere I could get insurance before filing for the visa?

That I need a stable income to get a visa (permanent resident for a fixed period) to study at a Polish school. I will have a bank account with over 20,000 Euro once I get to Poland. Should that be enough?
