I can't see the stupidity of my question. In some countries you can stay legally for a while to find a job after you graduated. So, I just wanted to know if Poland is one of those countries, that's all.

Folks here on forum say that most English taught programs in Polish universities are not of high-quality. Well, at least they are recognized in EU and I cannot be rejected holding Polish diploma, right? I was planning to major in technical field and get first work experience in Poland right away, and then having some practical knowledge try to apply for a job in GB or Germany. Language is not a problem, but I have no idea what my chances of finding a job in Poland are and what salary I can expect to get with no prior work experience. And btw, are they willing to accept foreigners in the labor market?

I'm totally confused. Is it a good idea to graduate in Poland or I should consider another European country?

Ukraine :) Well, most Ukrainian degrees are not considered equal to European ones. Say, MA degree in CS would be considered as BA in Europe. Btw, tuition fees are even higher than in Poland since you also need to give a decent bribe to get your diploma or they won't even consider you as a candidate. Finally, salaries are among the lowest in Europe, and that's in case you manage to find a job which is pretty difficult to do I should say. Education in my country is a business, not a way to start your career. So, I am trying to find better opportunities somewhere else :)

I agree with Monitor. The best option is to learn only one language at a time. Which one is better for you depends on your goals. If you're planning to stay in Poland, you should probably devote your time to learning Polish. That will pay off in the future when you look for a job on the Polish market. If you are not planning to live in Germany or Austria permanently, then there's no need to spend time learning German. Generally speaking, it's English that is a "universal language" in EU or elsewhere. So, maybe you should consider it as your first priority? It's up to you. But remember no university course is going to make you a fluent speaker of a foreign language whether it's English, Polish, German or something else. There are usually just a mandatory part of your program, so that you should attend the classes and study the material. From my own experience, that's a waste of time and money. If you really want to study hard, then you should do it on your own. There are tons of educational material out there to choose from.

I wonder if there are any scholarships or financial assistance for prospective international students in Poland. I managed to find some information but I doubt it was true and up-to-date.

1) I read that at least 2 types of scholarships are possible: academical (for students who got high grades in the last semester; they can receive a 30-100% of discount, in other words they get back the money they paid 6 months ago) and social (for those students who come from poor countries; they can receive some money to cover living expenses). I don't know though what specific eligibility criteria are. In addition, institutions tend to say very little about available financial assistance.

2) Refugees and ppl seeking protection in the RP have the same rights as Polish citizens. This means they pay much less compared to other foreign students.

Do you know anything about this? If you have any information on scholarships or financial assistance apart from what I wrote please share it. All sources and links are welcomed.
