Merged: Gmina road location next to my property in Poland

I am having trouble establishing the exact location of the gmina road next to my property. The only permanent object around is the electric pylons that run parallel to the road, which I would guess were built in the 50's or early 60's. Does anybody know if there is a minimum distance they should be from the road?

Not sure if this is the right place, but somewhere to start.

The last 3,5km of road to my property is a Gmina inner road. It has a mostly clay surface, so is not always driveable. For some years I have been pressing the wojt and the council for improvements, but for the most part receive excuses. Looking at where the funding goes a cynic might conclude their priority was nothing more than re-election, but there isn't space to discuss that here. Anyway, does anybody know the extent of the legal duty that the Gmina have in relation to maintaining home access?

Yes, I am. I am also registered at an address in the Gmina, though not there 100% of the year. I have noticed though that all previous candidates stood under one of the Political parties. Not sure I could join one, even if I actually wanted to.

Farming will change imo, but through a series of developments. First will be the reduction in smaller farms as viable active farmers - the medium farms getting bigger. Any big changes to Krus will be a second trigger for this, as it is already happening due to EU policy. The Second big change will come when the EU gravy train runs dry, which it one day surely will. Then the small farms (by that I mean those that grow food to eat and feed livestock) will have little or no cash input without alternative work. Some of the medium and big farms (heavily in debt) will go bust. Big business will then buy up most of the remaining farms and industrialize. Whether you think that is good for Poland or not is a matter of opinion I guess. It will certainly change the nature of the Polish countryside.
