Language / How to say, "let's go!" in Polish [16]

Hello. I was wondering how you would say "let's go!" in Polish. As in if you were at a sports match and cheering for someone like, "let's go Piotr!". If there are any other similar phrases that could be used at sports games/matches I would be interested in learning those too. Dziękuję!
