Food / How to make this syrup for Polish Ginger Beer? [8]

Hello !

I was in Krakow 1 month ago in Kazimierz area... every night we went to small area with lots of pubs.... I loved the ginger beer... i saw woman puring in normal beer and then she pured in some candy syrup which was superawsome !

I wonder if someone can tell me how to make this syrup so i will make it at home :)
