Law / International student from Poland traveling to Norway on Karta Pobytu? [54]

I'm international student in Wroclaw university of Technology and I have Karta Pobytu. I may want to travel Norway but I want to be ensure if it's possible for me or not? meanwhile, having this card, allow me travelling to which countries?
