Do nurses and doctors in Poland get paid based on the number of patients they "treat?" [6]
Of course not. If any doctor runs a healthcare place on his own and will sign the contract with government for public free service, he gets money from government for each person who is signed in to this particular healthcare as a constant client. This money should be spent on nurses/doctors wages, healthcare place costs etc.
In case a doctor runs a private healthcare he doesn't receive any money but he charge every client for a visit.
