Work / Need details for working in POLAND, LODZ. [27]

Dear All,

I have got from my present indian company to work in LOTZ, POLAND for a period of year or 2.
I will be deputize from June 2012 in LOTZ and will be travelling along with my wife and son for the same need few details in order to decide whether to accept this offer or not:

1. I will be getting workpermit and I think residence permit too. Will my wife can work as she is not holding any job. Which type of visa/work permit will she get.

2. I will be getting gross salary around 10000 PLN per month. Any idea how much will I get in Hand(Net). WHat will be deductions in this.

3. What are the expense of Child education in English school.
4. How much could I save and what will be an average expenses (rent, basic amenities, grossaries,travels)
5. My Wife is dental doctor from INDIA. Does she have any opportunity.
6. For an SAP Consultant howz scope in Poland. If we need to change over from current compnay to anohter how difficult it is.

As we are new to POLAND, need your valuable advic eon this.
Also we do not speak Polish.

In what ? Personally I don't see how this move to Poland would be beneficial either to you and your family or to Poland.

I could not understand your reply. Its not only regarding benefits, I need to know some details in order to take any decision.

Thanks for your input. But rather then leg pulling of each other its better that We/I get appropriate response rather then harsh replies.

Thanks for your support and quick reply on my queries.

Generally our company gives 80 percent of the fees for Kids schooling.
Insurance I am not aware whetehr they pay full or its 50%. As such in other countries its 50 percent insurance to be paid by employee.

About internaitional opportunity, one thing I did not mentioned is that I am currently deputize in Switzerland. And now project tenure is over so I am being given choice for Poland-Lotz or back to India :) So do not know whicalmost same h choice to take.

Although from your reply it seems that I will not save much and income will almost same as I will have in INDIA.
Tough to decide...
