Life / Help with where to go and what to do (pregnancy and marriage in Poland) [2]
Hi,
I am very happy to become a father but I do have a few questions, more of a legal nature;
- Where do I register myself as the father of our child
- What kind of legal documents do I take (birth certificate ect?)
- What is the biggest legal difference in Poland between being and married couple and an unmarried couple in terms of health protection an certain other benefits?
- When getting married before the Urzad Miasto; do they also arrange a pre nuptual agreement?
- When married do by default get all individual assets and liabilities become one within the agreement of marriage (reason for me asking is that in case of death I do not want my future wife being hassled for some of the liabilities I have)
Really would appreciate your input on the above, as I have been quite successfully been avoiding any unneeded contact with local Bureaucracy for years (except for bare essentials)
Many thanks in advance
