Life / Help with address.. ('11 Listopada 20-o6') [5]

I am trying to send flowers online to my parents in Poland - could someone tell me which is the street number and which is the unit number in this address?

11 Listopada 20-o6

And what would I write next to Region?

Well I know '11 Listopada' is the name of the street, but from the 20-o6 I am not sure which is the block and which is the flat. I am assuming '20' is the block and 'o6' is the flat.

I would call them but it's the middle of the night there now :(
