Work / Anyone work for Xerox Polska or Xerox UK? [4]

Hello,

I am currently employed with Xerox Corp. in the states. I am moving back home to Poland and would continue my career with Xerox. I have dual citizenship but will need to apply for a "dowód osobisty". I had some general questions which the Xerox HR department could'nt answer.

If I continue my career with Xerox:

- will I still be liable for US income taxes on the monies earned in Europe?
- is it possible to roll over my 401k into a IRA or European stock market?
