USA, Canada / Dual Citizenship from the US and the EU Union [3]

I will be applying for dual citizenship to Poland in the near future. Does anyone know if Dual citizenship is achieved, does this extended to the European Union? As in will I become a recognized member of the EU with dual citizenship from the US?
