Law / Non-EU, wanting to marry a Pole, living in Germany, confused with visa & citizenship [7]
Hello everyone, I am non-EU, in love with a Polish. We are presently studying in Germany and planning to work here later on. I would like to ask, that when we are married after our studies, what kind of visa I would get? Because there might be a chance that I cant find a job to apply for a valid visa right after I graduate, we are thinking to get married (for me to stay here) and looking for a job at the same time. So would anyone provide any information like in my case, with respect to visa or citizenship (German, Polich or EU)? It seems too complicated for me... Many thanks in advance!
