Law / Bringing my young son to Poland on a Schengen Visa [9]

My name is Dao. I'm Vietnamese, I'm preparing study in Szczecin - Poland. My husband and my son are living now in Germany. All of them have Schengen visa so as I understand my son could come to visit me in Poland but only for short time (less than 90 days).

I really want to take care my son during my studying time in Poland, so could you please tell me what must I do to bring him to Poland (my son could go to kinder garden) ?

I want to know about all that information as soon as!!!
please help me!!

Thanks Torq!!! Does anyone have more information??? The main problem is some things for my son, ex: can he go to kinder garden??? how do legal procedure ??? How much cost??? etc

Hi Torq!
All that information are also acceptable for a child with the Schengen visa??? (My son has Germany visa) If he had time for longer than three months in Poland (about that procedure : i'm not sure although i was learn it from udsc.gov.pl)

You are so nice, Torq. For preparing for my studying and living in Poland (of course with my son) the accommodation and health insurance are also importance. My school in Szczecin is private so they only support me not my son (I must do for myself).

As your point of view which insurance company (private or public) is suitable for my case and where could I get the more information (such as good insurance company website in Poland, website offer the house rental service which I could access online from Vietnam to find and book the right place for me) ?
