Work / I am researching the way Design Techology Textiles is taught in Poland [8]

I wish to understand how design technology textiles is taught in Poland - in comparison to the UK National Curriculum? I am focusing on KS3 UK years 7 8 and 9.

I wish to design resources that may help students entering the UK education system to study textiles.

thank you - I spoke to someone who went through Polish education system 20 years ago who said they were taught textiles as a functional skill - sewing things like making an apron. she was unsure if the schools still taught textiles this way?

thanks - you say you made trousers / skirt - would this have been from a pattern and not include you changing it or modifying it to a design? (WOuld this also be taught to boys and girsl)
