Merged: Punk Scene In Lublin?

I'm thinking about moving back to Poland. I would be living in Lublin and I was wondering if there is even a punk scene there? Are there concerts? Are the people nice/inviting?

I do speak Polish but I moved to America when I was in 3rd grade and I'm 17 now so I'm lost when it comes to slang and such.
