Real Estate / Value per sq m in Piastow, Warsaw [2]

Looking for an opinion for the value per sq metre of an apartment in Piastow, Warsaw.

Bought two new apartments there 2 years ago: one bed at 43 sq m and two bed at 60 sq m - just coming to completion and wondering what they might be worth without the second finish.
