Love / Filipina having a relationship with a Polish Man [95]

I am engaged to a Polish man and he's really a wonderful person.
We just have a little problem with the documents for marriage, could you give me some advises with it. He's divorced and he need a certificate of no impediment, he asked from the local registrar and they gave him something but its a paper that states he's divorce, is that the correct document? Please help me with this...
