For 200,000 zloty i would expect a very nice 3 BEDROOM apartment in a big city. The property prices and rent in Poland and Czech etc are criminal, and will explode with an ounce of justice. Like here in Ireland there will be plenty of paid clowns defending the criminality until the last minute.

I have a couple of polish mate who went home 3 years ago and they have found no work,,all the offers they got were bordering on slavery and comming back to Ireland or britain is no longer an option so i reckon they could be back to square one again.

Maybe but i have a farmer friend whose hops devalued this year by 75% and at least in the Lublin area this is the case all over. I dont know what they are going to do. The Farms are so small that even if they were to sell up it would be worthless.

I know a guy who built a small two story wooden house in POland 6 months ago.It cost him 75000 Euro.(4 rooms). Thats still a huge amount of money in a country with such small wages.

The prices of Property in Poland have absolutely nothing to do with the economy of the country.Crap little apartments in areas where there is almost zero chance of gaining employment and even if you got a job it would pay less than half of what you would get on the dole in Ireland sitting on your arse. Well wages are at least 4-6 times higher in Dublin so im talking euro not zloty...Paying 2500 zloty in a Polish city would be like paying 2500 euro in Dublin except in Dublin it is closer to 1000..Outside of Dublin a 4 bedroom house to rent for a month is less than a weeks wages...
