USA, Canada / Polish Sister Cities to USA Cities? Anyone have a good list? [8]

I have traveled a lot, but only within the USA, and I am planning on traveling to Poland and wanted a comparison between some cities.

Any good sites that have comparisons? Or any comparisons from people whom have been to both?

Thanks....Evan

Love / How to seduce Polish girls: Tips and advice [118]

Pants. To an American they are trousers. To us, they are panties

In America we typical call woman's underwear panties.......but mostly girls do not wear them, so thats why we say "get into her pants"

USA, Canada / Polish people in Columbus, Ohio? [30]

I will be relocating to Akron, OH in August of this year (2011), and was wondering if anyone is aware of any Polish markets or communities in the Northeast quarter of Ohio?

USA, Canada / Polish Communities/Festivals near Tuscaloosa, AL USA? [5]

My family has just moved to Alabama, and we were wondering if there are any Polish communities/festivals in our area?

I know there are a lot of Germans around, due to the Mercedes-Benz plant nearby...but not sure about Poles.

USA, Canada / Polish Communities/Festivals near Tuscaloosa, AL USA? [5]

@mafketis

My sincerest condolences...

Thanks, lol...we moved here for my job.

I would doubt it (i think historically Poles ended up much further north, they seemed to avoid the south).

We had lived near Houston, which has a Slavic/Polish Village (parish, festivals, restaurants)...but we haven't found anything here near Tuscaloosa, AL USA. : (

We are originally from the Northeast, and are just used to Polish culture and festivals year-round.
