... and above all to guarantee continued foreign corporate control over the Polish economy. PO bigshots are not getting kickbacks to increase Poland's economic autonomy. It is to remain "investor-friendly", a nice euphemism for a pool of cheap manpower, low taxes, inexpensive investment sites, assembly plants for foreign goods, environmentally toxic industrial operations, etc.

That's what you're really fighting for, although you'll need to couch it in some high-sounding claptrap (freedom, democracy constitutionality) in a bid to fool Jan Kowalski.

Unlike the ragtag rabble-rousers coming p*ssed to weekend KOD-PO antics or planning to get p*ssed afterwards, decent, patriotic Poles will march for Poland on Sunday 13th December. The Wincenty Witos monument will be the assembly point and the march is due to begin at 1PM. That march will be the riposte of decent, patriotic, Catholic Poland to trouble.makers trying to destabilise the country so Putin can rub his dirty, blood-stained hands with glee.

Anyone who cares about Poland woudl give a democratcuially elected government at least a 100-day "honeymoon" to sort things out and begin working. Only petty, mean-sprirted, vindictive and frustrated losers started in needlign, harrasing, undermining, discreditng and badmouthing even before the new cabinet was able to do anything. Jew Michnik was spewing his hate speech the minute voters spurned his warnings against "faszyzacja" and voted his beloved Platfusy out of office.

Now the KOD-PO a*seholes are doing everything possible to destabilise the situation in Poland. That is clsoer to subversion than patritoism.

All I can say is: It's a free country and that's the price to pay for freedom. Freedom fo speech is also threatend by the PC dictatorship which try to muzzle people with their contrived buzzwords: hate speech, homophobia, sexism, racism,intolerance, anti-Semitism -- bandied about when such things do not exist.

A memorial to the late Preisdent Lech Kaczyński and 95 other Poles who died in the 2010 air disaster in Smolensk, Russia will be built in front fo Warsaw's Presidential Palace. Such plans had been hotly opposed by the former government led by the Civic Platform party which had wanted it erecetd in some out-of-the-way corner. "There will be a monument dedicated to those who died in the crash, it will be a monument to President Lech Kaczyński," Kacvzyński's twin brother and former prime minister 'Jarosław announced at a memorial gathering at the site. "Such was the will of (the current Polish president (Andrzej Duda)," he added.

Food / Polish plum & prune cookery (for holiday entertaining) [3]

POLISH PLUM SAUCE (sos śliwkowy): In saucepan combine 1 c powidła, 1/4 c tomato paste or ketchup and 3/4 c home-made spiced-plum (or store-bought spiced-peach) marinade. If neither marinade is available, add 1/3 c cider vinegar and 1/3 c water.) Add 1/2 t salt, 1/2 t marjoram, 1/4 t ground black pepper and 1 t Maggi liquid seasoning. (Variation: For more zing, add 2 - 3 dashes of hot red-pepper sauce and/or 1/2 t ground juniper.) Mix well, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer covered on low about 15 min, stirring occasionally so it doesn't scorch. Remove from heat and let stand about 20 min., then pack into jar and seal. When cooled to room temp, store in fridge. A nice glaze for roast meat and poultry, it is a great condiment for cold cuts, enriches the flavor of bigos and other dishes and can be used in place of store-bought steak sauce.

PLUM BRANDY (nalewka śliwkowa): Rinse, drain and dry 1 c unpitted prunes. Place in pt jar with 1" strip of orange rind, 1" piece of vanilla pod and (optional) a 3" long, finger-thick, sun-dried oak twig with bark removed. Fill jar with 190-proof spirytus (grain alcohol) or the strongest available vodka. Seal and store at room temp in dark place 2 months, shaking jar every few days. Strain through cotton-filled funnel into bottle, seal and store in dark place. Drench contents of jar with 80-proof vodka. Seal and store for 1 month. Strain through cotton-filled funnel into bottle. Combine the two extracts and let them age for at least 2 months, but a year or more is even better. Add 2-4 jigger to 1 qt vodka to get a drier or slightly sweet plum brandy.

Any proof? You seem to believe only what you wnat to believe, If Petru says something the only thing an honest person can say is: "Petru said such and such", not that what he said was gospel.

But I can understand your excitement. Finally something is happenign. To those who never smelt tear gas, felt the sting of a ZOMO baton, were bowled over by water cannon or hauled down tot eh polcie station for questioning, the KOD nonsense will provide a welcome resptie and diversion from the boring Internet and same old pub.

Why should anyone be worried sick about a band of screwballs, twits and ******* getting their jollies off on the streets. Nothing new. Macho teens and 20s are always game for a good punch-up and if there aren't enough to make a nice crowd 20 zł gratuities will draw some lowlifes into the action. Oh yes, there will also be some deluded do-gooders thinking they are fighting for some noble cause. It's always more fun than some dumb computer game!

Why obvious? To whom obvious? Is Petru God? He's just covering for his bosom buddy Kijowski. Let the law prevail. When the matter is investigated and Kijowski or whoever is brought to justice, then you can pontificate on what is false and what isn't.

News that KOD had posted a death threat against Kaczyński caused a major rumpus in the Sejm on Thursday. Words attributed to KOD leader Mateusz Kijowski "We will not hesitate to shoot Kaczyński dead" were posted on KOD's Facebook page. The incident was reported to the police and prosecutor. The threat was deleted after 9 minutes but managed to achieve 13 likes in that time. So far the only fatality in PO's decade-old hate campaign against PiS occurred several years ago when a PO supporter stormed into PiS' £ódź office and shot a staff worker dead.

More than 24,000 Poles have petitioned the health minister to withdraw the ellaOne abortion pill from the market. Polish law protects life from conception and the marketing of that pill is a clear violation thereof. Former PM Kopacz lied when she introduced it claiming she was forced to do so by the EU. EU Health and Food Safety Commissioner Vytenis Andriukaitis clearly explained that no such requirement existed.

Rather than trying to ensure impunity via contraception and abortion pills, maybe it would be preferable to teach young girls not to sleep around like a bunch of sl*ts.
