Your experience is quite complicated. There are major uncertainties with your arrest/charges. And this is usually a bad sign. They are likely to throw a bunch of charges at you and you will be forced to plea bargain (accept a few charges in order to drop others). I think this is what post above poster ^ is unfortunately illustrating. For your sake I really hope you have submitted the proper paperwork before, as a 4-year resident.
It is most likely you will be attending court a couple times. So you will see your charges and then be given the opportunity to gather evidence/hire attorney. Right now you need to be gathering all the paperwork/documents you can. It is unlikely you blew over the limit in Poland and will not at-least spend a few days in jail. Even in other nations you are forced to sit in holding cell until you "sober up" 15 hours or so. But you were carried home?
Also "I get caught driving under alcohol (0.78)" - is incorrect. You would be dead. You blew a BAC of 0.078. Which is on the border of DUI in most states in the USA for example. So you weren't drunk but you certainly should not have been operating a vehicle (they will think).

Have you thought about admitting/saying you have a drinking problem and will go into rehab/AA classes etc? Poland is big on admitting responsibility - so you can mention that your attorney advised you to drive to the hospital but it is not an excuse and could be used against you. For example: you were either too drunk to think clearly ("I drink a-lot and still function when I'm blacked out") or you made a bad decision (doubtful this was your first and only time drinking and driving).
This is the mindset. Your story isn't a simple arrest. You had some run in with security, which is likely to be viewed against you negatively. This is why I would pick my battle: you lost your ID and are doubtful to receive it back. If you tell your whole story, it might make you sound like a street stumbling drunk, attending bars alone.

Doubt it. Check out mass and social media, a-lot of people/sources are still in denial and resorting to scapegoats "those racist Whites". There are no signs of them truly self-reflecting on why they lost. Many Democrats just figure it's a time issue not policies. Meaning "those racist Whites will die sooner than later, meanwhile the young generation is the future". The fallacy is assuming all young Democrats remain so. I for one changed my political allegiance with age/experience.
For there to be a backlash (to the backlash) the establishment (media included) would have to switch ideology; thus opening the door for the new movement. But the media isn't changing allegiances. Thus the grassroots movement that Trump tapped into will never reach the mainstream. So what can people backlash against?
For example the media is still fighting Trump. If the media started to sugarcoat him blindly then you would see people backlash. But instead people are continuing to roll their eyes at everything the media is saying about Trump. Don't even get me started on the Hollywood celebrities, whom seem to be taking the lose the hardest hahah!

As a Trump supporter since the beginning, I can't say Donald "will be good for Europe". The tone he painted during the campaign is one of an isolationist: America first and only getting involved if it benefits America in some aspect. Now that might sound broad.
But I definitely believe he is better for Europe than Hillary would be. imo Hillary would arm Poland but would have bigger demands in return than Bush/Obama did. Furthermore her destabilizing of Africa/ME and general warmongering aided if not created the Migrant Crisis. So in that regard, Trump winning is a big plus.
But Europe will now be forced to pay more of their share. He requires contribution into NATO and I believe Poland is currently upholding their requirements in this regard. imo Trump will be fair versus Hillary's pay to play with Saudi Arabia etc. And that is another plus for Trump winning.
The hope for Poland is a Trump/Putin relationship and less American involvement in our backyard will allow Putin to feel more at ease. Less pressure from NATO or EU breathing down the Russians necks.

Study / Studying in Lublin on IT without mathematic and physic knowledge? [11]
In the USA, math is quite important in the first few semesters of Computer Science. In OOP (object oriented programming) you need at-least Calculus 1 logic to structure objects and methods. Do some research and find out what language your specific school is heavy on I.E. java or C++ and start studying NOW. There is endless amount of content available online
I took A-LOT of math [Also College Algebra, Trigonometry & Pre-Cal]

Welcome back. I agree with all your points and have heard the same type of refugee center experience that you describe. Personally, I would like to see this event/situation treated as a lesson for future "crisis" for example climate change in Africa. And my lesson is: help should be provided in Africa/Middle East ie UN funded camps which can be maintained by the refugees themselves. Not only the financial benefits of such a decision but also: we are currently rewarding people that could afford and be physically fit enough to make the trip. So the elderly and women with families are stuck in the Middle East. This is enriching the crooked smugglers.

UK, Ireland / Why English do not like Polish? [417]
First things first. We are 16+ months into the Crisis [timing being when supposedly the demographics of migrants changed from families to only young males] and rejected applicants in Germany are not being deported - or atleast at an acceptable rate. Issue #2: Germany has still not altered their law for no cap on refugees. And the biggest problem imo - the lack of EU exterior borders. Rejected and deported but how do you keep them out again?
Financially Germany has made the commitment over at-least the next 5 years.
Ideologically they are still at disagreement on whether accepted applicants can permanently stay, family reunification (?), only those that pass language requirements and/or employment OR will they be asked to return once "the War is over".
Germany seems at a standstill til at-least the Fall 2017 elections. The tone speaking to Germans is increasingly: "well it could be worse/better but it's not as bad as the media/foreign politicians make it out to be". imo they are badly naive not realizing this is still the honeymoon period. Wait til the number of job-less, language-less migrants reaches a breaking point. And especially wait til the disenfranchised and resentful 2nd and 3rd generation migrants. Germany is far more "Native or not" mindset than UK/France - which have failed in integration. Even as a German speaking and anglo looking Polak, the general vibe I received was: "Nice to have you and your interest in Germany but always remember you aren't needed". These brown arabs will find it significantly more difficult when you also consider religion.

At some point the distinct line between USA and Western Europe became blurry. America is the heritage/Native-less region. On the other hand we have distinct ways of life that are dear to us. Asia/Africa/European for Asians/Africans/Europeans but USA for everyone. That is the difference

Don't play naive. Cultural differences/norms are always taken into account in the West. "Do our dinner guests eat X or which topics are better to avoid?". This is ignorantly avoided in Poland because overwhelmingly people practice the same social and even cultural norms. It is actually us in the West that are subsciously racist because we constantly experience differences. The ice breaking period in social settings and especially work environments (often it never occurs) is a long one. You have to remain cautious with even their immediate family: brothers/sisters. Who they are dating. It's such a headache sometimes.

The problem with Turks is they have a very strong culture. One does not simply marry a Turkish male and live in a multicultural household. Large and old fashioned families, rich history and yah Islam = she's clearly giving up her heritage and even possibly her family. That is just how it usually ends up. Family objects to something, girl chooses husband and there goes the relationship. A Polish girl dating/marrying a Muslim is already gullible. Doesn't take much effort to further brainwash her "Whites are evil! Look at how they treat Muslims! Why can't they see they aren't all bad, like my husband!"
Muslims are smart for not allowing their females to stray. Other cultures like Asian understand this too. Whites are increasingly suckers.

Brb, catching a flight to Anatolia to get myself a Turkish girl. Chances are I'll return in a body bag.

The current narrative is that Poles have it worse in the UK than blacks, in terms of mistreatment. Is this true? And if so, can someone explain the logic. I've been told it is because mistreatment of Poles isn't classified as a hate crime. Surely this can't be the only reason right?
The current narrative is that Poles have it worse in the UK than blacks, in terms of mistreatment. Is this true? And if so, can someone explain the logic. I've been told it is because mistreatment of Poles isn't classified as a hate crime. Surely this can't be the only reason right?
