Yeah..its a bit sad really..

Belarus suffered a lot under the Germans , and was not treated very well by the Russians either....

Rather a shame that after finally freeing themselves from Soviet domination they end up with a leader that wants to keep running things the way the Soviets did....

Of course you can,t ignore the fact that the Angels and a rival club in Sweden were shooting each other with guns and rocket grenades over a drugs turf war....

The cops stood on it hard only when the public outcry got very loud after an innocent child was killed by shrapnel from a car bomb intended to kill one of the bikers....

but most of us just want to ride our bikes , have fun , and not bother anyone....

I am sure my Danish friends will have a great time in Poland , make some great friends , and leave with happy memories of Poland....

I have been to biker rallies in many countries , but i think the Polish ones have been the most fun ones for me...

Perhaps because the Poles have for so long not had the freedom to have such events , now they have , they really have a good party....

I think my Danish friends will be gone from Poland before the 22nd of the month , which is a pity as my club is holding a rally near my farm....

It will be one hell of a party....!

They are called Apocalypse mc , and quite a friendly bunch....

Mind you , most of the Hells Angels are ok , if you don,t bother them , they won,t bother you....

not sure my home made outdoor cooking rig will hold up to that , but we can adapt something....

Somewhere on the net is a video of some Polish dipstick that decided to get a bit close to a Bison and have a bit of fun with it...

The bison butted him , chucked him fifteen feet in the air then wandered off into the forest....

On monday the 13th of June the Viking hoards arrive in Poland...!

Don,t panic girls , they come in peace , and hopefully there will be no rape and pillage going on....

The Vikings are a motorcycle club from Denmark that have chosen Poland as the destination for their Euro run this year...They wrote on Polish forums asking for advice , and i am helping them to have a good run and an enjoyable stay in Polska...

I am meeting them when they arrive in Poland , they will camp at my farm , and no doubt a few Polish beers and Kielbasa will be slaughtered by the invaders....

I am in the Drawsko pomoskie area....what would forum members advise would be good things to see and do in this and other areas of Poland.....?

I thought about taking them to Kolobrzeg , maybe Hel , Gdansk , maybe Malbork castle....

any other suggestions....?

I don,t know about the politics , but the people are warm and friendly enough , the roads terrible and some of the towns a bit depressing....

I have been there twice , drove there from UK.... its a poor country , most of their money goes on sorting out the mess that Chernobyl caused....

I have friends there , and would love to go back again some day....

I love old Russian cars.....

Sadly my Russian girlfriend is not a patriot....she thinks they are rubbish...

In Russia they call such old cars crazy chairs.... She does agree to let me collect a few though....

I can,t tell what the other aircraft are in the picture , but in the first pic the bit of tail i can see might be an American Bronco.....

I was guessing the girl with the beer was Monika , as i have never seen Monika without beer....

I like black coffee and black bread.....You can build a house with Russian black bread...!

Nope, it was a facking air fair:

The first pic is a Pilatus 32e on the ground with a Polish Pzl 13 flying in the air....

The second pic is an Antonov an2 ( Antec ) a Russian design made under licence in Poland....

The third pic is Monika....a really nice girl from Radom...

The fourth pic.... don,t know this one.... i only eat bread and cheese and of course beans at my house..... but its some sort of food.....

Aha...well many of the nicer kits are based on the design of the Lotus 7 , but the car in the pic is definatly not a real Lotus....

The exhaust suggests its one of the many similar kit cars powered by a Japanese motorcycle engine....

They go like sh1t off a stick , and are faster than the Lotus....

Yep , the purple car is fibreglass too.... another kit... underneath all the plastic its a Volkswagen beetle...

My Russian petachock ( piglet ) is up to her neck in sorting out her students who are waiting the results of their final exams right now.... but as soon as she has sorted them out she is going to go to our lawyers to see how its all going...

Hopefully my letter of invitation to Moscow will be sorted , and then it will be sent to me....

Then i drive down to Poznan , get my visa....and i am offski....

Funny enough , on sunday this really amazing Polish girl waved my Harley down and wanted a ride...

Girls.....please wear mini skirts whenever riding bikes...its not a problem if you hitch em up to your waist as this girl did.... but no....i did not give her my phone number despite being asked...
