UK, Ireland / Sad life of a Polish migrant in the UK. Ch. 5 - Racism [259]

Well, that explains it. And a lot more,

What does it explain?
Generally western protestant culture is a bit incompatible to slavic catholic and more to slavic orthodox culture(this makes the West lose its hair) and what Ksysia expresses is the slavic point of view about english mentality.

Like ''you,hypocrites'' etc.

Aren't Greeks fascists?

Yes,some of them are.Where Sparta was born?Anyway this is the impression Poles make which in my opinion does not bother the Germans at all(other nice guys) but is a bit hard to endure in a multi kulti society aka the english one.

In Greece Poles are widely accepted and admired contrary to Albanians and more dark skinned individuals who are a pain in the neck.

Basically Poles tend to be proud and dreamers and these qualities are not very well perceived by the local folks who prefer humble and down to earth etc.In fact they think you are not even realistic, sth like that.

People do not like the Poles because they appear as fascists due to posture, face and body type. They are not like that but they make this impression.

And the West does not respect the Slavs at all they regard them as incompetent to build a proper state.

Polonia / What About The Poles In The Netherlands? [102]

I think actually Plato wrote that eros between men is superior to common love between a man and a woman.Sokrates had relationships with many of his students like Alkiviades, the most handsome man,the lover for the women and the beloved by men.

as the Red Light district in A'dam is scheduled to be closed down in 3 years from now and they also plan to shut down most (if not all) of the coffeeshops in the city.

Pity.

the first recorded homosexuals in history were Greek men, did you know that?

Of course. Our homos are still proud of that.(not that the pharao did not give his ass to ladyboys).

I know greek men who travel to Netherlands to participate in gang bangs.(I suspect that some women travel there for the same reason). And of course everyone enjoys the benefits of narcotourism.

We have a good culture.

I know.Even though a foreigner never gets fully accepted in Poland,he can have a good life because nobody punishes him.And Poles are flexible, they see the obvious.

You don't get it.In Poland you can be a balkan, you are not accepted as non-catholic etc but you still have a great time because the culture is loose. In Germany you have to change to be accepted and live comfortable because the society punishes you hard if you are not accepted.

I also noticed that Germans do not like our balkan style. So what?Either you change and become like them or you keep your glory traditions.

Basically the main problem is that in the West everyone has rights, they do not let you fek them so easily.

The Nuclear bomb: a decisive blow for the Allies a

Yes,but it was ready to be used only after Germany had already surrendered. So it did not play any role in the war.(as Hitler had already foreseen).

Zhukov

Zhukov was the one who conceived and planned the encirclement of Germans in Stalingrand.Has any marshall of the allies ever come with such a brilliant strategy?Did allied troops ever encircle german troops?

idnt Montgomery defeat Rommel the Desert Rat before any Russian successes?

First russian success was the defense of Moscow in 1941.Montgomery defeated 4 german divisions a victory with little military value since US troops were already landing in Algeria thus Afrika Korps had to retreat to Tynis whether El Alamein battle happened or not.Montgomery wanted a victory for the 8th army for prestige reasons before the Americans arrived.

In Stalingrand only there were 16 german divisions which were annihilated,4 times the Afrika Korps. And in Bagration 28 german divisions.

Russian command was of high quality.Zhukov,Rokosovsky.What did the English have?Montgomery? The guy who failed in Arnhem and could not advance in Normandy?Or the other who needed 2 years to capture half of Italy?

History / Weapons of WWII (Poland and other countries) [239]

A study of the German Army of 1945, however, older and wiser, hardened and battle-tested, cornered and desperate as it is, will show best how this military science and military genius operate in the practical exigencies of long-drawn-out total war....

Yes,Germany in 1939 was not prepared for long term war and had relatively few weapons which were consumped in each Blitzkrieg.Germany started to be ammunitied deep and in quantity in 1943.

Barbarossa was not perfectly planned because the german generals had hoped to capture Russia in a Blitzkrieg lasting 3 months that is to finish the war between June and September 1941.
