Life / Typical for the Poloniandists [171]

Shame that the whole organisation exists to pursue a dubious right wing agenda.

Come on Delph, you of all people know everybody has an agenda.

UK, Ireland / British - Stupidest nation in Europe [127]

Bradford turned into a Paki-Fest in 20 years.

The Poles invaded Peterborough in half the time.

Maybe take a look at birth rates of both populations. I think the Base of the Iceberg is farther east than you might imagine.

The whisky and glass set box is used as what?

An ostentatious display proving you are one class above a proletariat?

UK, Ireland / British - Stupidest nation in Europe [127]

Just another colonial here, but, when we read the title "British - Stupidest nation in Europe".... Is "British" the nation or is "Britain" the nation?

News / 1.3% birth rate = Poland's slow death [221]

And the cost will be world wide poverty, hunger, wars and ultimately the destruction of the planet. Sure lets turn a blind eye.

News / 1.3% birth rate = Poland's slow death [221]

If anything there are far too many of us. We are growing in number and soon the world will be dangerously overpopulated.

So the question maybe shoud be "What can be done to make nations that breed prolifically do so less prolifically, and end the need for migration, and depletion of the worlds resources?"

....... and think again.

Pawian, it is a long weekend here. I have put the brain in neutral for the next day and a half. So it is a pen/enclosure for an animal of some sort. Are you going to add some sort of water feature to this pen?

If you mean pen as enclosure, then I must say you are quite close

Yes, an enclosure! Hmmm...Not Turtles, likely not Carp (it doesn't look water tight) so I might venture to guess a rabbit?

Who for?

Judging by the can of Guinness, I would say you are keeping Revoke Nice chained up on your balcony.

History / Czech and Polish character in World War two [81]

The same Poland whose senior officials were boasting before the war that Polish cavalry would be riding the streets of Berlin within a week of the war starting?

Of course, he must have been counting on the support of the British when he made the claim....

Ducks....

what is peculiar about this lamp post?

It used to be in Hyde Park. It stood beside the little lake where a family of swans resided until some unscrupulous Pole stole the swans, and the lamp post and returned to Wroclaw with them all. The swans haven't been seen in a few months, sadly.

News / Poles, Polonians and aliens on Pussy Riot? [182]

Let me fix that for you....

That's for an impartial court to decide, however since there's evidence he ordered people to be murdered, I would imagine a pretty long one.

However, as this case clearly would suggest, there is no impartial court system in Russia so it is unlikely he will ever face justice.

News / Poles, Polonians and aliens on Pussy Riot? [182]

I'd rather see every church in the world (except the architecturally or archeologically interesting ones) put to the torch than ***** Riot imprisoned.

Interesting. Who is the one to define architecturally or archeologically interesting?

Would they be the same who would define hooliganism?

What should a reasonable sentence be for Pu55y Riot's actions?

What should Putin's sentence be for his alleged crimes?
