Central banks print the money, yes, but, they don't trust the money - you can think this is related to trustabilities of political governments elected by ordinary folks as economy ministers are political characters - hence, central banks still speak language of gold to compare the value of money. Central banks of states don't trust central banks of other countries either. So, who are controlling the money printing then? Is there any money really anywhere valid everywhere in the world?

Money is signifier? Or, signified? debatable. I don't understand what is meant by generated wealth. You mean lands and natural resources or value added products by labor works? If the latter, then, it's why money exists though, this reason is not known well in this way of global system in which the power sees the labor work in money as the military force labor that is not exactly correct.

If value of a money decays over time, another money can be found to preserve value in a system.

What other means can replace money as a value in a system? Zeingeists mentioned resource based economy, but, it neglects humans while it is good to remind the globalism. Money has not done its real work yet as a global system has never been established.

As for Poland building an empire. There are already five empires in the world, those five permanent UN members. Poland can ask them to get a permanent empire title of one of them. I guess, everyone of them will accept to leave their title to Poland happily.

It seems you are defining men as ones with male organs.
