They loathe it, don't they. They're acting against Poland by supporting such creeps as Le Pen, and it didn't work. That the tide as turned riles them more. UKIP gone, Trump heading for jail, Kaczynski falling from power.

Public trust in state owned TV as a news source has dropped significantly, now it is controlled by the PiS junta. Meanwhile, most Poles now prefer the independent TVN and TVN24.

the number of people who think that news on public broadcaster TVP is reliable dropped by 20 percent since a similar survey was conducted in 2012.

Le Pen however received money from Russia. This and other matters are in the hands of the French prosecutors.

Agreed 100%. Unfortunately when petty bureaucracy works against you, you sometimes need to be creative. Really, the best people to speak to are those who've done it. And of course all of Schengen is one travel area.

Agreed. They don't sound very helpful. I suspect it's a case of the more documents, the better. I wonder if there's a forum where people discuss having applied from Pakistan. One of the sub-forums (it's in Polish) here might help: .forummigracyjne.org/pl/faq.php?kat=8&faq=3282&lng=

I suspect the best advice comes from those who've already done this - there are certainly plenty of people who've come to Poland to visit or join their husband or wife. I wish you good luck with your visa.

You'll find most of the occasional participants at the annual Bilderberg conference are a mix of elected politicians of all parties, retired politicians and people from the world's of science, the arts, philosophy and defence.

A positive thing, and certainly not an organisation of which Emmanuel Macron is a 'puppet'.

Not recently. PO are ahread now. The combined opposition are well ahead. To keep things on topic, there are a few closeted politicians in the other parties too, though not nearly as many as in PiS.
