Law / how does the legal system work in poland? [25]

thanks midas, I am intelligent enough thanks, there is no need to be patronising.
I was just asking a question, as I live in the UK and was curious.
I already studied that stuff at uni when I was doing 20th century history.
It does go someway to explaining certain...traits...
Oh and if i was a 'sir' my little symbol would be quite different.

can anyone tell me, does Poland have a similar system to Spain, where anyone can go into a police station and
'denounce' someone for a crime committed?
in Spain it is called a 'denuncia' and is a hangover from the days of the dictatorship.
If you walked into a police station here in UK and said ooooh my neighbour has an untaxed car and blah blah blah, they would probably tell you to

get lost and stop wasting police time.
How is it in Poland? I am getting the impression that the system there might be more similar to Spain....

tbh this is a second hand request, so some kind of place like say....the Krakow equivalent of John Lewis?
does such a place exist?
i have a sheep mask in my car, sadly I cannot wear it to drive as the eyeholes are too small.

it's more about Saudi culture than Islam itself.
I have some great Muslim friends who equally would not choose to visit Saudi Arabia.

I love our crazy language ,give it 50 years and "curva" will be in the dictionary and being giggled at by school kids :)

haha funny you say that, 'spierdalaj' seems to have taken off in our local school, and there's only a few Polish kids.....

going back to the OP, if I understand the question, the secret of appearing to be good at a language is a touch of BS, lots of agreeing, and using the 20 per cent of the conversation that u HAVE understood to best advantage...

I do actually agree with you Ironside, both nations suffered in WW2 but cannot be compared, thanks to the English Channel, FGS POland lost 20 per cent of its civilian population. that's one person in five,gone!

I just do not see the point of arguing about it now in 2012 with people who are not interested in history.
