It is not like that.In polish forums written in polish polish men complain about Polki in similar way we do,they write even worse things about them.Just they don't want to loose face internationally by writing the same in english but their opinions are the same,there is really no difference between our and their observations.
Anyway I don't complain(I just don't like the IR thing,I mean white money is always better) now I loaded my pockets again and I am going to meet my Polki(who starve as usual).

First of all much less population in CR lives in villages than in Poland.In CR it is less than 10%.And czech villages look more tidy and better in general.
They are higher because the invested capital there is higher.But obviously it is so due to advanced efficiency(or is there any germanic conspiracy into play?).
I have some theories:
1.Czechs did never choose to fight,instead they tried to adapt to each system during the 20th century(austrohungarian monarchy,democracy,nazism,communism,EU) the best way they could.In this way they managed to create better structures than nations who chose to fight and were negative to anything.
2.CR was an integral part of Middleuropa,so every transportation facility(railroads,roads etc) was already in place and they just had to modernize a bit their industry to get again the old Danube zone commerce function.Opposite to that Poland's main importer was the SU which stopped buying polish products after gaining access to EU markets with consequence the collapse of many sectors of polish industry.
3.Czechs kept secret relations with Austria and Germany throughout the communist period which facilitated quick transfer of capital to their country after the ''revolution'' in 1989.Lots of impressive stuff in CR has been built by Germans before WW2 who later were expelled.I was also informed that the Teutonic Order has revived and is active again(in peaceful activities till now) in its old centers in Morava.
So Czechs seem to be more able to adapt to and exploit or even improve german technology giving an edge of effectivity(Germans even using czech tanks in WW2 in first line for example to invade Poland).They seem to have a better long term look and comparing them to the sh1tty economic situation I encountered in Hungary(a tragedy in all aspects) they seem to do much better than every other former eastern Block country,the only thing that saddens me is that they have sacrificed some of their slavic ways in favour of germanization.I hope they just will not be completely germanized in the future in their pursuit of success.

Recently in CR I noticed a high degree of functionality in almost every aspect(transportation,services,etc.Everything seemed to run smoothly and Czechs really understood what one needs and always do sth in front to predict and satisfy the need.They are extremely efficient.Is this due to germanic influence on czech lands?Or due to different neighbours,historic traditions?
How do they manage to be so highly operational?Maybe Hitler was right calling Czechs the most dangerous Slavs?They seem to take from their neighbours everything worthy they have to offer.Even the houses they built during communism are vastly superior than polish ones built in the same period.
