Poles have been effectively shut out of the chances

You're focusing on incidents of a government that has been in power only several months. Governments have come and gone but the informal super-government otherwise known as the post-RT establishment has called the shots the whole time. It is they who have monopolised the country's true economic power base and effectively shut out average Poles from such opportunities. For the nation there was unemployment, Biedronka, assembly plants or emigration. All the things you are endlessly harping on have also taken place under PO, SLD and all the rest. But the largely unelected RT establishment has ruled the roost and wielded true power the whoel time. It is they every patriotic politician and average Pole should go after, not passing incidentals.

were openly critical

You are openly critical of fragemntary one-off episodes -- I am focusing on the injustices of 26 years -- injustices that still haven't been righted. There is a huge quantitative and qualitative difference. Smolensk, the constitutional row, this or that appointment, Tusk's bureacratisation of Poland and PO cronyism are simply episodes. Far more important is the big picture. How the commies, security typer, pinkos and corporate interests pooled their forces to create a III RP ensuring their monopoly. Regardless of which party happened to be in power, the RT clique always came out on top. In the PR realm, they actually bamboozled many Poles (such as KOD sheep) and Western governments and media into thinking that such a power monopoly was true democracy.

desires to be oppressed

The many Soldiarity people did not desire to be oppressed- That's just how it turned out when their oppressors worked it so they got generous severance packets and fat-cat pensions, whilst their erstwhile victims can barely scrape by. Is such injustice the law in action, the living constitution or what?

took part in shaping a considerable

But it was KOR, SLD, ROAD, UD, UW and PO that became a shelter for ex-PZPR types. There were none in Porozumienie Centrum and very few in PiS. So how do you explain that so few ex-commies sought a safe haven in PiS? And if you're so obsessed by ex-PZPR types why do you fail to mention the above-mentioned commie-riddled groupings?

If the constitution needs reforming

Where does the present constuituon say that the RT clique runs the show. That is a fact of life in post-communist Poland, not constitutional law. All but the very naive and gullible believe there are fair courts of law where the poor slob with a court-appointed lawyer has the same chances as the wealthy client with a fancy barrister. Or that the oppressers of the Polish nation got what was coming to them. Although it's not in the constituion, it was the SB, military and PZPR biggies that came out further ahead than those they had oppressed for decades.

approved by the people of Poland

Approved by the people of Poland who hadn't the foggiest about what was really going on behind the scenes and who was really ruling the roost. Never heard of Macchiavelli? Back to school: poli sci 101!

PiS supporters

PiS supporters, KOD supporters -- all that smacks of what is becoming an archaic rightist-leftist divide. By remaining within that sterotypical framework some people may be missing the boat and misreasding the currently upcoming Zeitgeist.

Many European wonder how so many Americans could possibly support a loudmouthed buffoon such as Trump. But he isn't beign supproted for his buffoonery but because he opposes the fossilised Washington big- government/big-media/big-business clique that has ruled the roost for far too long. Besides, being indepednetly wealthy he is not likely to succumb to corruption.

Similar surprise was voiced by those Poles last October who couldn't understand why so many young voters supported PiS which they regarded as mainly an old people's/Poland B party. Did younger Poels favour populism, nationalism and statism? Probabyl not, but PiS was regarded (rightly or wrongly) as anti-establishmentarian. Hence also the relatively strong support for Korwin and Razem. Hence Tusk's shock when young Poles rejected his ACTA scheme. The growing popularity of nationalist parties across Europe may also reflect the rejection of the liberal-leftstream establishment which for decades have imposed their will on politics, media, culture and education.

Everything changes and goes stale, every utopia has failed so those in power should never forget they are where they are only temporarily.

things are going to heat up

And that is precisely what you and your KOD creep cronies want -- keep hotting things up, keep harassing the good change govenremnt and using every trick in the book to destabilise society. Also throw in a little snitchery on the side -- that never hurts. The main thing is to let the Pertus and Schetynas get their poltical jollies off.

large percentage of Polish people

I hate no-one. To condemn criminal or sifnul activity is not tantamount to hating. Remember the Catholic principle: hate the sin, love the sinner.
Fortunately, the RT establishment is not a large percentage of society but a small, tight-knit hand-washes-hand clique of former government and security people, media and entertainment types as well as foreign-interest lobbyists who have cashed in on and monopolised the benefits of the transformation for the past 26 years. The time has come to spread the benefits around. Why support a minority that has already undeservedly enjoyed too much of everything at the expense of the Polish nation?.

Petru 9%, PO 7%

Numerical antics? Petru's and PO's showing is even more impressive, eh? The amount of noise they make and the rumpus they raise at every turn is way out of proportion to their strictly marginal, has-been and less than also-ran status!

military

The military, police, special services and political establishment should have all been de-communised the day after the last Soviet troops left Poland. The failure to do so has been and will cotninue to remain the main cause of the wasteful and costly ever deepening bipolarity or Polish-Polish war.

PiS supporters

The ranks of PiS supporters are growing and account for 48% of those surveyed. That is 4 times more than support KOD (12%). Other groupings: Petru 9%, PO 7% and Kukiz 5%. PSL are below the threshold.

Anna

GOOD NEWS: Despite the dirty tricks used against her by the KOD hooligan scum, Senator Anna Maria Anders won the by-election in Podlasie!

Senator Anna Maria Anders

Anders won 47.26 % of the vote. The PSL candidate Mieczysław Bagiński received 41.03% even though his candidature was supported by PO and Petru. As they did back in October, the Polish nation have again spoken. Vox populi, vox Dei!

typical PiS mentality

As a refreshing, de-borifying change, how about occasionally mentioning the typical KOD "Poland owes us (the RT clique) a living" mentality.
Also, you seem to have tuned a blind eye to all the PO/PSL dirt the ministerial audits are turning up. I wonder why? Couldn't be that you're biased, could it?

Maybach

Father Director Rydzyk, when asked about this, said he didn't know what a Maybach was until he started reading about it in the anti-Church media. The question is whom to believe: a highly respected promoter of Polish culture and education and an ordained Preacher of the Word of God or some embitterred, frustrated PF-er whose idea of getting a life is to tie one on?

Your relentless attacks

Your relentless attacks on the govt and those of KOD, the Michnik camp and other embittered losers clearly indicate they realise they are in for a long, eight-year or even longer haul deprived of the perks and privilege of official favouritism and all the publcity, contracts, fixed tenders, blind eyes to dodgy deals and other advantages available to them under the PO regime. All that is fast evaporating and it's about time!

what can I loot from Poland

That is the hidden KOD motto: the leadership that stand to lose and are already losing their iunfleucne and perks are out ONLY AFTER THEIR OWN SELFISH INTERESTS. The remaining 85-90% are go-with-the-flow sheep who have actually believed the pro-democracy slogans or are just going along for the ride.

Have you heard that the resigning prosecutors are getting 139,000 zł severance pay and 16,000 a month retirement pensions. That is sick! Those people are toally without a conscience just like the KOD mob if they agree to accept such bloated payments from such a poor country!

stand to lose

Who stands to lose? Every government and its bureacracy feed a whole litany of firms and people: advisers, suppliers, consulting firms, experts, favourite writers and entertainers invited to various events to mention but a few. Those who had catered for the PO regime are being bypassed by the new government seeking out their own sources for such goods and services. The losers certainly cannot be happy about all this, hence their understandable resentment and frustration. But instead of being fortright about it, something most people could understand, they are decorating it all in the asbtract trappings of pro-democracy rhetoric. Therein lies their supreme hypocrisy!

hey should not have mentioned

Who you to dictate to Polish poltical parties? It's like those embittered dertacors who claims Kaczyński runs PiS. So what? That's their sovereign decison. Anyone who doesn't like it si free to leave and join SLD. Ahead of an election everything a politician does is perceived as campaigning and electioneering. They would all have to go into hibernation to avoid that charge.

All Soviet-trained generals should have been given their walking papers long ago. 20 years was more than enough to train new NATO-oriented military brass. But again it was the KPP-rooted soft-on-commies Michnik camp that botched things up calling Jaruzelski a patriot, Kukliński a traitor and Kiszczak "a man of honour".

decision to politicize

There was no decision of poltical actviists sitting round a tabłe: "OK chaps, w're gonna politicise thsi event!" It was just mentioned in passing that hopefully she'll be a senator and there was no "Vote for Anders" agitation. But that passing mention was all the KOD-ers needed just as a certain poster, let's call him D*lf, is constantly on the look-out for even the slihgtest trivia with which to slander the great Law and Justice party. Remidn one of Stalin wjo once said: Give us anyone and we'll find a paragraph to deal with him.

They attacked neither

But they did. Didn't you see the TV report? Someone attacked Anders for condemning the Warsaw Uprising. From his remote London outpost in the pre-IT era he held the opinion he did. With the advantage of hindsight one can say anything today, but on balance he may have been right. The Russians again betrayed Poland. They were calling for an armed upsurge saying they would help. They didn't even allow allied planes to land on Russian territory to supply the Warsaw insurgents.

And some old KOD hag was screaming: Rydzyk is getting millions and OAPs get 2 złotys, or some such nonsense. What does have to do with the exhibition of Anders' mementos?

Add to this the hysterical hate aimed at President Duda over his near accident and we see the true face if KOD: malicous, mean-spritied, resentful, petty, frustrated, hateful and vindictive. No wonder one Polish commentator remarked: "KOD pokazał nie swoją twarz, a swoją mordę!"

people react

Not people, but slobs and hooligans like the scum they really are turn a civilised cultural event into a shouting match. Why did they attack Gen. Anders? Or Father Rydzyk? They can rant and chant and spew their abuse at their trough-defenders' marches and rallies. If they weren't interested in the exhibition, why did they show up in the first place? Mainly to cause a rumpus. Did they get a call from Kijowski or Petru?

any real evidence

That remark sounds as if in your books KOD-ites can do not wrong. They are righteous, decent, kind, wise, educated, sympathetic, tolerant and in a word -- perfect. But that would make them non-human. Maybe they're all angels so let them all just flutter away up to heaven.

KOD CREEP

The true face of the KOD creep trough defenders who claim to be so peace-loving, tolerant and sophisticated is coming through loud and clear. Among the comments regarding President Duda's near accident caused by a puncture yesterday KOD-ites wrote such things as "Too bad. I hope you die in agony" and "this was your first warning, there won't be a second." Could that suggest that foul play might have been invovled? This was the first such incident in 26 years of III RP presidency.

GW readers provided similarly "sympathetic" and "tasteful" comments but later they were deleted as too embarrassing. Even KPP-rooted Michnik has a slight touch of decorum. Or maybe he just craftily felt "it won't be good for business". Geschäft ist Geschäft!

using his hilarious 'mis-spelling'

Using his not hilarious but vicious, vile and mean-spirited distortion PiSlamic State to malign the great PiS party, the only one ever to win and outright majrotiy in 26 years of post-RT misrule. It was his reversion to that distortion, despite being repeatedly warned, that triggered the backlash. He clearly takes his cues from the sly and crafty Platformers who set a trap for PiS by illicitly appointing TK members and then launching an attack on the government.

smear

The only ones doing the smearing are KOD. And yet they can march in all their frustrated fury till they're blue in the face but the caravan of good change will forge ahead. The caravan is totally unconcerned about the interests of the small but vociferous privileged post-RT clique that beleive they've got a fore-ordained right to rule and benefit and to hell with the rest. The caravan is concerned about righting the wrongs and neglect of the past 26 years and finally spreading the benefits to the Polish nation as a whole. Morawiecki is the man, in fact it has been rumoured he may well be the one to eventually replace Kaczyński as PiS leader.

KOD

KOD CREEPS DISRUPT ANDERS PRESENTATION
The frustrated, hateful trough-defenders have displayed their total lack of class and hooligan orientation by turning the opening of an exhibiton dedicated to World War Two hero Genral Władysław Anders into a shouting match. The trouble-makers, sporting those tell-tale KOD badges, hurled insults at Maria Anders and her father and attacked the government for their financial support of Father Rydzyk. Anders stood her ground and told the hecklers: "If you are not interested in the exhibition pertaining to my father, then you shouldn't be here."

before bans are handed out

Bans should be handed out first and foremost to the incorrigble loudmouth and glarehead and his PiSlamic State. Let it go on record that, after the issue appeared to have been cleared up, it was he who first reverted to such cock-eyed distortions, thereby inviting others to follow suit. Unless he enjoys some privileged position on PF and can get away with murder.
