History / Is there a historical Polish business/company registry? (Szczekociny - early 1900's or late 1800's) [2]

In the XIX century Szczekociny belong to clans of £ubieński, Czacki, Halpert. In the city dominates small trade, weaving, shoemaking. A small cloth factory and distilleries established here Like a number of small towns of Congress Poland, Szczekociny lost its town charter in 1870 to reclaim it again in 1923.
At that time, a serious economic strength begins to form the Jewish population in the town which was increasingly eager to settle down in Szczekociny, finding here a favorable climate and good neighborliness.
