The EU is about peace, partnership and free-trade. The EU will invest in countries and regions where it is needed. Many of these young couples are either married or get married in the UK and start a family. Something that they are perfectly entitled to do.

I quite agree. So many people here are working two jobs or going to university (and still working) you would think that their sleeves cannot be pulled up much more.

Poland does not set the EU's spending budget, they can only apply like anyone else. French farmers have been milking the system for years.
