At home, I am ready to shoot to kill anyone breaking in at 2 a.m. Dead people can't testify that at 2 a.m. they only wanted to go pee-pee, and sue the f*** out of me later.

We should do the same at the border. In three days there would be no illegal "immigration" and no one would die from thirst crossing the Arizona desert. Problem solved.

Almost forgot: and no girls would be raped by the bad hombres.

BTW, how many died at the DMZ vs that joke we call our southern border?

No mention of prisons, executions, fines, or caining.

Seriously, a shooting border with Mexico would solve illegal immigration in 72 hours after the news that the Americans shoot trespassers would hit the Latino radio and TV.

It would actually be beneficial to the scum as they would quit coming and dying because we forgot to deliver cold water and cookies to the Arizona border.

I spent 17 days in Poland and would never use Polish unless I absolutely had to. Even then, Pan and Pani never came out of me.

If this is big time offensive, Poland has its priority list all screwed up.

All immigrants should meet these conditions:

1. They would be allowed in with the consent of those born here, not the ruling moneyed elites.
2. They would have to show that their presence will increase the national wealth. Earning and paying taxes is not enough if they draw more in government benefits.

3. No criminal record at home and here. One felony conviction and gone back home forever, family included.
4. Never allowed to be voting citizens.
5. Fluent in English in three years.

Am I missing anything?

The beauty of English and the American customs can be really appreciated in this sentence:

Good morning, Mister President. Did you actually call him "a little rocket man"?

That you did not give anyone a heart attack. Nobody said, how dare you, and the country lived to see another day.

Never as yet heard/read, "Pan"/Pani" used with "Ty".

Using Pan/Pani carries a risk "you" does not. The speaker has to divine the person's gender. "You" is neutral.

That risk is similar to the risk of asking a fatso when the baby is due.

I have no difficulty in grasping anything. After 50 some years in the US, I can better see the insanity of speaking in third person to somebody standing in front of me because 400 years back szlachta spoke that way.

It's not confusing. It's stupid.

A neutral sentence should be just that - neutral. No respect and no disrespect either. Just say it.

That "Polish" respect that comes with Pan and Pani is just a fake bs. If I want to show respect I will. In the Polish language with that stupid obligatory Pan and Pani, I am forced to show respect even if I don't want to.

In "Pani jest idiotka", is "Pani" respectful or sarcastic?

This is why we need to get the Trump Wall built.

I like the Wall. I would volunteer to build it if they let me.

My concern is what's behind the wall. Same bs as now? Catch and release? "Asylum" crap? Visa overstaying without penalties? Deportations that take years?

Why do we have any immigration? Why don't we have penalties that actually deter multiple violations of the immigration laws? Why can a low-end judge stop the president? This is insanity.

The US is beyond repair.

Feels like a foreign country and Americans are second class citizens, even though we feed and support them through out taxes.

Americans feel like second class citizens becasue they are. First class citizens would fight using all available legal means, including demonstrations, calling congress, writing letters, posting on forums, boycotting Mexican restaurants, etc. They don't because playing second class is safer. They even lower their voices when talking about illegals at public places.

And that's in a country with the 1st Amendment, unlike in the Soviet Republics of Germany and UK.

People usually get what they deserve.

I changed my opinion about SB restroom policy. It happened when I realized I needed one quickly. Starbucks was right there so I walked in. No bums. Everything clean. And I didn't have to buy anything. At 8 pm it was too late to buy coffee, anyway.

Before I got the hell out, in Poland the customer was expected to service the clerk by making said clerk feel important. The exchange of money for goods was secondary and the transaction was deemed as a favor to the customer.

I was lucky to be able to live with my parents while going to Politechnika. Dorms were a mystery to me and I never belonged to any student organizations.

Here, if you don't belong to a fraternity, you are a reject and anti-social loner. So every kid wants to "belong".

Too many die during the application process because they are dealing with drunk morons and because they are weak, submissive and unable to just walk out when they sense the dangers of hazing. Instead of telling the gang to f*** off, they obediently submit to the abuse.

Is anything equally stupid going on in Poland?
