My German ancestors were from Bavaria. I'm not sure if I'm right about this, but during the partitions of Poland, some Poles intermarried Bavarians and Austrians. So Bavarian/Austrian heritage might be common in some Poles and vice versa.

If you are trained to use an oscilloscope and power meter for analyzing motor-driven machines, I could ask if they are looking for someone. Learn to read. The Bible says nothing about drinking alcohol being sinful. Being drunk and simply having a drink are two different things. Those churches that celebrate the Eucharist even give out wine.

I'm assuming the guy's wife is a Roman Catholic which even further proves my point. Drinking wine symbolizes the Blood of Christ which is very important in the RCC.
