News / EU confirms it will take action against Poland over court reforms [554]

@Crow

Duped as in fooled. But ya dupa means a$$ also in polish. Bbc = big black cokk, that's essentially whats going in your ear when you listen to their propoganda. They were fairly accurate in their portrayal of poland resistance to eu and embrace of nationalism.

Poles never imagined the eu would stick its slimy socialist nose into our sovereign home affairs. I too never imagined it. But as the saying goes 'take the money and run' thats what poland needs to do, lest the eu is committed to serious change which is unlikely. Theyve already spread their antichristian antitradition antisovereign multikulti dictates. Next step is to decimate the demographics and have murzynek bambos ninjas and bin Laden's outnumber europeans.

I even don`t know how did Poland found itself in that idiotic situation. Be

it's because Poles were duped by the EU. People, including myself, imagined it to be a social and economic union - not a quasi USSR supranational organization that sticks its nose into sovereign nation's politics and pushes far left agendas even if the majority of citizens of a country reject it.

I know i know, it's a BBC video but it explains it rather well:
youtube.com/watch?v=3KR0nPaWx_c

note how so many polish video's have disabled comments including this one and the one that the Polish government released about migrants. Youtube doesn't appreciate all the badmouthing of migrants and congratulating Poland for resisting

Like I said, I don't give 2 ***** about Christian dogma. What I care about is not having Christian churches, the religion I grew up with and will raise my kids in, replaced by mosques and have sh1tskins from 3rd sh1tholes literally pillaging and raping my country as they have germany, france, sweden, etc. If it was buddhists that were leading the fight against muslim invaders, i'd be donning an orange robe and sandals. They can go elsewhere - they're not welcome in Poland by the vast majority of society and that's a fact.

Life / Wroclaw - club scene [16]

Yeah that's why speed is popular because its cheap and lasts long. Nasty stuff imo. Coke is typically only consumed by the wealthy in Warsaw and rich chicks with bulemia. Weed/hash is more for teens and the wiggers. Back in the day you could drive through a rural village, walk into some farm and chances are there's a few plants just chillin'. Polish farmers use to use the seeds as a feed.

the police do stop people, do search, and the legal environment in PL is not a good one.

I've never been searched coming out of the club. In fact now that I think about it I don't think I've even seen any cops anywhere near the clubs after midnight. I would highly recommend avoiding any drunken ukranian guys - they love to pick fights. Fighting outside of the club is rather common in wroclaw as people are leaving the clubs... and it's sometimes even encouraged by the girls lol

Just put your stuff where your cell phone battery would go. In all my years of going to raves, clubs, etc. I've never had my cell phone taken apart and searched by security. Usually they're looking for weapons anyway, not drugs. Kind of like TSA at the airports in the US.

@Ben Thumb

Banana is the place i usually go to. If your a foreigner and look half decent you'll have girls asking you to dance instead of the other way around. No bs.

Law / Payment of ZUS/ Income Tax - 'sole trading' business in Poland [27]

What system is superior to ZUS?

Rolniczna ubezpieczalnia i believe it's called KRUS. It's a special insurance/retirement for farmers/owners of agricultural land. I have around a hectar of farm land which I am hording till I'm able to build my dream house on it. It will have a 5-6k sq ft home on it with guest house, 10 foot walls, barbed wire, police dogs roaming the property, 2 rings of security, armed guards, swimming pools, tennis court, and random girls frolicking about.

I don't know - I give all the paperwork to my accountants and lawyers. They sign off on it so if anything is screwed up they're liable. The worst thing that will happen to me is I'll pay a fine and some back taxes - which are extremely small in Poland.

Most other western countries have systems in place where people don't have to worry about health insurance

Are you kidding me rofl? The British, Canadian and Polish system all have extremely long wait times to see specialists. If you have some disease that requires a specialist or need some surgery where there's only a few surgeons trained in it you'll wait months and months if not years before you're seen.

I think poverty in developed countries is usually created by lazy people or people with no common sense to survive.

Of course. It was the same in PRL. The people who didn't care to hustle or didn't have any entrepreneurial skills had the basics with food and shelter, but that's it. And many people were fine with that. However the people who weren't content with just the basics and wanted things like more meat for their families for dinner or a pair of levi's jeans or a new maluch went out and made it happen whether it was changing currencies, importing jeans and VHS tapes, trading meat and gold for money, whatever. It's the same thing now. A person can either live their whole live around the median income and bsaically live paycheck to paycheck, have no capital working for them, and be 1 minor issue away from losing their home. Or, they could work hard for a few years, live below their means for a while, invest the difference, keep reinvesting dividend payments and profits, and before long they'll make more money investing than they would at a 9-5. If you invest enough in a startup you could basically buy your way to becoming an executive and then you have even more control over share prices

I didnt know hep c can cost so much.

Yeah in the US there's like 3 drugs all costing between $60k-$100k for the treatment which is usually 3-6 months. In India though you can get the entire treatment for $1k.

If I had the money to buy the patent for one of these drugs i could retire happily ever after before the 7 yr patent expires. After I sell my stake in this startup I'm running now that's going to be my next venture - form a group of investors to buy a drug that treats some super rare disease and jack up the price a few thousand percent.

Crow Poles arent gonna fall for it. They'll nod and agree and say yeah we should develop better ties so our exports keep flowing into germany but well end up doing our own thing anyway. Poland knows it cant trust the west. We've had so many instances where the west has shown poles we cant count on it

this mess

This mess? What are you talking about? Economy is booming, unemployment is at a record low, FDI is flowing in like nobody's business - in fact it's the top FDI destination in all of Europe, wages are constantly rising, GDP is growing faster than most EU nations.... AND we still have a perfect record of zero islamic terror attacks and have not opened our border to ninjas and neckbeards. We also haven't been cucked and changed our constitution to allow for perverted marriages.

You mean JK isn't. The only way out of the present mess is for him to be ousted. He probably will be eventually.

Doubt it. PiS has far more support than any other party. They're consistently double, sometimes triple, 2nd place PO.

Once PO offered to take in migrants, which 74% of Poles rejected, they lost Polish people's trust. The whole stunt of voting to suspend their own country's voting rights didn't help either. Neither did all the scandals they were caught up in which are slowly being revealed and people prosecuted.

In some countries, to some degree but not anything like as much as you believe, because you read rather biased reports which have a spin on them.

All media has a certain bias. There's no such thing as unbiased media. I actually take all sides of an argument and then make my own opinion. There's some things coming from the left that I believe are superior to the right's. Nonetheless, the reality on the ground is that populist parties are winning all over Central and Eastern Europe. Even in Germany AfD rose to meteoric success within just 1 election. I predict they'll win even more seats. Plus, you have populist leaders in Austria, Hungary, Czechy, Slovakia, etc which all have a similar line as Poland and PiS

Being able to look back and not regretting a thing you've done

I don't think there's a single person on earth that doesn't regret at least one thing.

Staying healthy

I highly doubt Magic Johnson would live into his 60's and 70's with HIV if he were poor, much less be able to have several kids without infecting them or his wife. Money may not buy you good genes (yet) but it certainly helps to keep a person healthy. Notice even now that wealthy people tend to be far healthier and skinnier than poor people in developed countries. Why? Because they can afford vegetables, fruits, and other foods which are expensive. Poor people tend to eat fast food because they can't afford to spend more than a few dollars on a meal. Not to mention treatments that aren't covered by insurance like blood transfusions and vitamin/mineral IV drips. Whenever I have a hangover or even just feel sluggish I hook myself up to a vitamin drip and its gone after a few minutes. If you have the money you can even pay to ensure your baby has a higher chance coming out way you want it to - male, tall, blue eyed, low risk of diabetes, cancer, etc. Prices start at around $10k and of course aren't covered by insurance. Wealthy people have totally different access to medicines and other things than the average person. Take even Hep C. The drugs to cure hep c cost $1k a day. Not many people can afford that.

News / EU confirms it will take action against Poland over court reforms [554]

Clearly Poland isn't going to stop any judiciary reforms just because the EU says so. For one, our politics isn't even the business of EU - and that's how most Poles and Hungarians feel. Yes, they want EU to remain so it's a social and economic union. However, they don't want any meddling in our political affairs. Millions of people feel that they've been duped by the EU that it was supposed to be this great economic union that will make everyone richer yet it's become a quasi USSR that shoves far left dictates down everyone's throat - regardless if that's what the majority wants in their country or not.

Poland isn't going to change just because the EU is threatning them:

They have no direct power or influence in the EU

Absolutely. They don't have direct power but they have tons of indirect influence. Just look at how populism and anti-migrant and euroskeptic sentiment is spreading. First it was just Poland and Hungary, then it was Slovakia and Czechy, then Austria joined, then the Baltics, then Italy. Even countries like Denmark are starting to assert their sovereignty.

News / EU confirms it will take action against Poland over court reforms [554]

"There are many players who want to divide Europe;there is also a huge amount of disappointment in Europe. We, as stable governments in Warsaw and Berlin, should do everything to make sure that nobody divides Europe - from the outside or from the inside," said Szczerski.\

As I said - it is the socialists and commies inside the EU that are seeking to divide Europe. People are sick and tired of the far left dictates, the deluge of muslim ninjas and neckbeards, etc Hungary, Poland, Czechy, Slovaki, Austria, Baltics and now Italy don't want the EU to keep dictating whta they should be doing in their own countries - especially when it comes to merkel's burden.

The EU is clearly trying to find a way to help Poland to back down on judicial reform without Poland losing face, that's all it is.

Clearly Poland doesn't care as they've said numerous times they're not going to change the judiciary and they're not going to take in migrants. EU will have to deal with it. The new movement in Eastern Europe is now populist, euroskeptic, antimigrant, and asserts each nation's independence and sovereignty. Poland and Hungarians could care less what the EU does to them - that's why they didn't bend to the EU's will with the judiciary changes. You give them a finger and they'll take an arm. The EU is acting just like the USSR did when Hungary, Poland, and the Baltics stepped out of line.

t doesn't matter in the least what "Europeans" think of her.

Oh it absolutely does. Those people who voted in PiS and Obran aren't fans of Merkel and they're not going to allow Merkel to dilute our demographics with people from 3rd world sh1tholes

News / EU confirms it will take action against Poland over court reforms [554]

To me it seems more like desperation. Europeans despise Merkel for what she did to the European continent. She singlehandedly changed the demographics of the continent for generations to come. She and the EU have alienated the Eastern EU nations which are increasingly going in a populist anti-migrant route and asserting their sovereignty and independence - which Poland is the leader of as the largest and most powerful country in Eastern EU. They're basically trying to bribe Poland to give up their populist euroskeptic stance hoping that other countries follow. I doubt Poland will fall for it. As of now there's no plans for PiS to stop their judicial changes, accept migrants, or do the other things EU is asking them to do within our sovereign borders which they have no right to police.

The Article 7 procedure initiated by the Commission against Poland in December, is more of a burden for the European institutions than a problem for Poland, said Czaputowicz. The EU executive has limited competence in "the scope of caring for EU standards" and the question of whether the principles of the rule of law are being violated in Poland should be assessed by the European Court of Justice, he said.

"It could be problematic for the European Council to take a binding position before it knows the ruling of the Court," explained the head of Polish diplomacy.

@cms neuf
Again, all my exemptions are legal and since I do not use the ZUS system, I do not have to pay into it since I pay into a different superior system, do not use the system, and none of my employees (me being the only employee) use ZUS. If you are a sole proprietor living abroad of a business registered in Poland and where you don't use the ZUS system and have no employees and don't plan on ever using it you can get exemptions.

capital gains taces.

Capital gains are entirely different from corporate profits. Capital gains taxes are when you sell an item for more than you bought it. In Poland the capital gains tax is 19% and is from sales of shares, stocks, income from capital funds, etc. NOT from corporate profits/loss from operations.

EU parliament.

Unfortunately, Poles didn't pay much attention to the MEP elections and focused more on presidential and parliamentary elections. That's why the democrats were able to push through a bunch of commies and socialists to represent our country. It won't happen again. Now Poles are aware of the importance of MEP elections - esp after their treacherous stunt where Poles voted to suspend their own countries voting rights. They should be hanged like common criminals for such treason.

ANGELA Merkel has travelled to Poland for top-level talks in a bid to revive the "Weimar Triangle" alliance and work through their different views on migration, energy and the future of the European Union.

That's not a bad idea. I'm going to catalogue my experiences over the next few years. I'll publish my findings and title it 'grab em by the pu$$y' ill even send trump a free copy. American and polish girls seem to be more submissive while latam girls tend to be more dominant, or atleast not as submissive.

I disagree though with the dominating thing. Yes most women tend to be submissive in relationships and in bed but there are some that like to be dominant. From what ive seen the dominant ones seem to fall into one of two categories - high iq successful women in management roles and those who experienced trauma like rape or abuse and deal with it by dominating other men.

Why would I care about the European parliament or the ec? Theyre abominations sucking the sovereignty out of independent nations.

If poland is losing touch with rest of Europe than why are the germans and french begging poland to reestablish the Weimar Triangle? Eu vote means nothing if they want to alienate countries where populist euro skeptic parties are in charge and have tons of support they only do so at their own peril.

Regardless their vote or any sanction wont force poland to take in muslims, and thats just fine with me. Eu gave up a long time ago on fining poland 2 bil.euro for not taking migrants.

Poland already got almost all the money it was going to get. Next budget period poland is expected to be a net payee. Perhaos its tine for us to leave this commie abomination. We're not going to get any tens of billions again anyway

Im not even counting on social security to exist if i live past 65 lol. With all the lazy people put of the labor force its unsustainable

Yeah absolutely. My aunt bought a bunch of limos and started a limo business bc it was a better option that paying taxes. If you reinvest more than your tac liability in pl you dont owe a grosz.

Normal people think damn I have to pay taxes and dont even fight it
Business people think what loopholes can be exploited to pay as little as possible or none at all
I write off depreciation on my house every year and that alone covers most of the property tax

She made her millions importing cheap crap from China and selling it slightly below market namely tombstones and caskets. Like I said a business doesnt have to be sexy to be a cash cow, in fact most arent. I copied her idea but chose to do sporting goods that I buy from stores going out of business or discounted goods (you wouldnt believe what a polish golfer will pay for a $20 used 'custom' club rofl) and with gold from Craigslist ads and a few contacts that can get me a few oz quickly - cash for gold and diamonds all day long. Poland is still stuck on that 9k bs and even gp on top of 925 yet they price it like 14k in us. If you send 14k the price is almost double in pl than us. Some polish people even resell it in germany where its even pricier. Once i have some free time im gonna travel to india and sri lanka to find a new source once i break a quarter pound half pound per shipment. If it wasnt for goddamn vat profits would be over 30% higher. I miss the pre eu days when you could send whatever you want and no one hassled you about paying taxes or even less inspecting the contents. You could send a crate full of air bags and no one would bother to think they were all boosted or even a whole car with no papers.

I find it funny though how everything in a person's life is made in China from the baby bottle amd toys they use as an infant to their casket and tombstone at the end. And it's the same whether your in us or pola.d

Nah Poland and Hungary back each other up. Recently the 3 Baltics even backed up Poland against the EU

Recently a German politician traveled to Poland to talk to the government to ask the country to rejoin the 'Weimar Triangle' and make an alliance between France, Germany, and Poland. The German politician is offering Poland a 'leading role' in the EU

Seems now Germany is begging to repair the relationship with Poland
express.co.uk/news/world/934114/germany-france-poland-weimar-triangle-angela-merkel-warsaw-visit-eu

EU is losing touch more and more of what's actually happening on the ground. If they insist on continuing to push a far left agenda it will only divide Europe more and more. They already are facing an increasingly euro skeptic Poland, Hungary, Baltics, Austria, Italy, Slovakia, Czechy, etc. It's not going well for the socialists and commies in the EU. More and more countries are turning in a sovereign independent direction and rejection the multikulti dictates of the EU. Perhaps if they continue down this path Brussels, Germany and France will find themselves all alone and surrounded by countries lead by populist parties.

@Atch

Who cares? Ultimately it comes down to what the EC can actually ENFORCE. The way I see it, it can't force Poland to change it's laws, accept migrants, etc. and if it does it must be prepared for the political backlash that follows - not just from Poland but all the countries and tens of millions of people who are against the EU's meddling. Kind of pathetic though how Poland's changes resemble Spain's yet the EU/EC won't sanction them nor did they intervene at all during the unrest in Catalonia nor does ti say anything about all the countries that aren't meeting their debt to gdp requirements. EU has become far too much of a lefty political organization and perhaps Poland, Hungary, etc. should consider a future outside of the EU if they insist on pushing a far left agenda that Poles reject.
