Real Estate / Poland real estate transaction prices higher than at the beginning of 2010 [28]

Couldn't be arsed,
you boy's know it's the truth, so why argue?...I only asked a question and you want to answer it with another question,so f0ck it.. The game of a stats and ESRI style 'sponsored lies' to justify bubbles is a prank. Lacky journalist will show any stat if the money is big enough or if the blackmail is strong enough and in Poland's case lol

The passion for truth is silenced by answers which have the weight of undisputed authority.

I don't see it as 'doom and gloom',the oppisite actually, it will be great news for the majority when prices resemble the wages of the country. I predict an end to the doom and gloom.

Ah well, from a post-modern perspective,i see no idealistic solution. The Chicago Boys won the fight and proved that honesty is not the best method and crime pays.

Dostoyevsky's motives for writing The Idiot
The novel effectively serves to show the folly of altruistic kindness in a society that is rife with self-advancement and unscrupulous behavior, as Myshkin is consistently manipulated and exploited by others around him.[3]

News / Why is Poland developing so slowly or in the wrong direction? Who is responsible ? [317]

lack of patriotic elite in charge !

I think your problem is the Patriotic elite, Polish people tend to over-use the term Patriotic, this is a different era, read this book,

Poverty exited in USA in 20 and 30s, there were a lot of paupers in antebellum Poland but also in today Poland !

Poland and eastern europe are traditionally the poor regions of europe ,no? compared to the core states.

I am talking from a democratic perspective not form a narrow self-centred, investor. perspective. Improving, from whose point of view? the people who blew up the bubble and focked up the country for the average Pole?

To put it another way, If you were a white supremacist during apartheid in South Africa, what would you see as progress or improvment.

Sorry denialist, its a blip, as usual, for this time of year. Things are bound to improve for sure, unless you see a bubble as good, lol. Property prices could go up, if the world recession ends, Polish wages triple over-night and oil is discovered on the moon.

So,what was the reason for this attitude toward the Poles in the post Soviet-era, was it simply that they were seen almost as an African country, full of poor, potential imigrants, and no one wanted to open the floodgates to them. Was is something to do with Milton Friedman and sabotaging their progress unless they privatise everything.....or what??

Well this one is close to home for me....
globeboss.com/money/china-buying-up-european-assets
Some people believe the Celtic Tiger was basically the Americans using Ireland as a gate-way into Europe, and then left us high and dry,now the Chinese(think its their turn) look like they want to take advantage of a bad situation:Ireland-Greece. Which one is desperate enough to accept our injustice!

Is it good to make deals with dictatorships? Will they recognize EU law and give the finger to it back home?
Sort of like, letting the US army land in Shannon, even though it may not be morally right, BUT it makes short-term economic sense ( i hear they are moving from Shannon to Germany now anyway)

I think countries need to keep out the Pirates.

That is why I think specializations would be best in Poland "B".

The Chinese will specialise too, and they are much more competitive than any EU country could ever be(even with a Thatcher like leader). Once the chinese workers demands pay rise they get jailed or get lost in the forest; wet dream for the keep things competitive mentality.
