Hmm, sorry, I thought that facility is clear in the context of the photo - I explain it to my students as an object which faciliates people`s lives. It is in the city, so it is an urban facility. It is on a wall so it must be a structure, possibly a building. What kind of building? I don`t know what else I can say. :)

As for PO, they have always been able to encompass both right, centre and left politicians which was one of the reasons of their popularity and gave them two consecutive parliament terms.
