In fact, the share of yuan backed crude oil contracts has already increased to 12 percent of global trading since the US backed out of the nuclear - and this is just since 2 months ago when the future contracts were launched.

This is yet another example of US-Israel shooting itself in the foot - they tried to drive out Assad and destroy the Shia corridor, yet it's now stronger than ever and all Israel can do to resist it is launch a few airstrikes which is a strategy that will NEVER allow them to take the ground - they'd need ground troops for that and they're way too big of pu$$ies to send in ground troops for fear of being treated like they were in 2006 when they tried to occupy Lebanon only to retreat and be sent packing.... they thought the Iran deal would help Israel and the US - yet all its done is further isolate the US and enrich oil producing adversaries like Iran and Russia - not to mention China whos currency is gobbling up more and more of oil trading everyday.... they US wanted to destroy Saddam's Iraq because his army was too big for Israel's comfort - so they made up this B.S. story about WMDs and it cost America trillions and thousands of lives - which they're still paying for and dying... only for the same guy who lead the Shia uprising now the most important person in Iraq... and this trend is only going to continue... like all empires, America's is now experiencing a period of decline. Instead of caring about its citizens and taxpayers, the US has spend decades and trillions of dollars protecting Israel and destroying nations all around the world. So yes, as a US taxpayer that doesn't make me happy. There's no marriage licenses for gays in Israel. Neither are there for non-Jewish couples. So if the love of your life is an Israeli man or woman and you want to get married there but you're not Jewish - too bad.... I know your not a student of business so let me explain how contracts and negotiations work. Almost no contract or deal is permanent. Almost all have a set term whether it's months, years whatever. So in that sense every contract has a time limit as things change in the future. That does not mean its kicking the can down the road. And like with every deal, whether it's for your cable and internet or a billion dollar deal, the idea is to renegotiate favorable terms for both parties so another deal can be signed as the original deal ends. As the Iran deal came to a close, the idea as with all deals and contracts was that the parties would negotiate again and come up with another 5 10 year or whatever agreement based on factors of that time. However enrichment is only half of a nuke program and I do not know what stipulations the deal called for in terms of developing delivery systems. Thanks for the info on E-KUZ - I wasn't even familiar with that system. Luckily my health has been good so I've never gave much thought to medical experience... but I'm sure as I get into my 30's and 40's, my teens and 20's will definitely be catching up with me... Good to have other options besides just ZUS/KRUS. Although I think Polish facilities are wonderful, especially the private ones and certain public hospitals, I'd still trust a more developed country like Germany for example to handle a more complex procedure like a liver transplant or cancer. USA is still regarded as the top notch medical provider - however it's ridiculously expensive. Even with insurance, it has put an innumerable amount of people into debt they'll never be able to pay. Social Security barely even covers the cost of medicine for most seniors, let alone rent or food...

I just read the reviews for medicover for its warsaw facilities. It seems its not just their hospital thats awful but all their facilities. All the patient reviews are awful with only a few nurses and interns giving 5 stars to boost the average. I dont think id ever buy any sort of onsurance from them. Actually it seems like a lot of people have very poor experienced related to finances and payment which is quite rare in poland. I guess since medicover is a private publicly traded company they operate differently

This is the complete opposite of my and my familys experience with private practice in poland which has been excellent, superb modern care, and very attentive nurses. The public hospitals in poland vary from bad to great - it really depends on the hospital and staff. I remember one time as a kid like 7 years old having such a bad nose bleed for some reason I mean blood was just p1ssing out of my nose and as much as I tried to keep it on napkins and my t shirt I still got some on the floor and the staff was furious... bit they still.kept me waiting in the hallway and wouldnt put me in a room till.my mom literally grabbed a doctor and he treated me.... but on the other hand my grandma goes to the public hospital called the 'military hospital' because she loves the care there, the food is great which is uncommon for pl hospitals and the staff is attentive

Nonetheless, if money were no option and I needed some procedure that was life threatening id still choose USA first and foremost. Poland may be good for a kidney stone or hernia, but if you need a heart or liver transplant or have cancer, I'd still go with USA.

Insurance for business owners and self employed is paid based on your earnings. For people who work for a corporation woth atleast 30.people their cost is subsidized, and eben then it can easily be $200 a month for just 1 person, $300 $400 if your insuring you have dependents. People on welfare and disability receive Medicaid for free. The other option if you dont want insurance is to pay a tax penalty which is what I have been doing since 2017 as it comes out cheaper than insurance. Plus i know if i have an emergency the hospitals have to treat me anyway. Just because a person can afford something doesn't mean theyll pay for it. I can afford to eat a $20 sandwich for lunch but I find it ridiculous to pay that much for something worth far less.

When i left thr corporate world about 2 years ago i had cobra for 6 months (basically comtinuation of blue cross fpr 6 montbs after i quit my job) then when it came time.to signup for the marketplace they told me i had 3 options with the middle one being the best overall but still costing 1000 a month. Healthcare even private practice is a tiny fraction of what it is in the us. I remember when I went to a dermatologist that was basically a spa i paid like 450 zloty for the visit and I was there for like 6 hours.

It depends on the hospital and which department. The one in my suburb doesnt ask for those things in the ER until you're already checked in. A lady from billing comes in with a clipboard to figure out how to bill you and do.whateber possible to prevent hospital from eating the costs. Generally they ask for id and insurance but they'll still treat you if you dont give it to them. Theyll be rude and threaten you but they really can't do much. Also if you speak in a foreign language and claim youre undocumented they generally wont press you.

Also accoeding to hipaa you can request everything in your medical record. Theyll make a fuss about it but they have to do it

Yes by law Polish hospitals are supposed to treat everyone in an emergency regardless of ability to pay.
