As in the countryside there is many alcoholics and bUttheads..

Maybe in USA is something natural but in my opinion only completely irresponsible people or advanced alcoholics drive UI.

it is irresponsible but people drive after a beer or two or after a keg...
it's less than the .08 per se limit in the us... DUI is very expensive and ain't worth it...
in Poland the limit is lower...

if I want to chat I will, tell, you = jeśli chcę rozmowiać będę powiedz ciębie

i don't understand why so many commas there..
my try would be: jeśli będe chciał pogadać to Ci dam znać

where do you live = czy pan mieszkasz

gdzie mieszkasz?
with "pan" it's formal

when I go to town I sit and watch the world go by = kiedy iść do miasto, siedziałem I zobacz świąt pójde obok

it makes more sense with 'time passing by'
my try: kiedy ide do miasta to siadam gdzieś i obserwuje otaczający mnie świat
or: kiedy ide do miasta to siadam gdzieś i obserwuje upływający czas
does it make any sense?

picking bluberries or mushrooms in the forest
