Mario, Polish people don't shy away from disagreements or arguments, they thrive on them and enjoy loud disagreements. But they don't like however people that lose their head at the slightest disagreement with them (as you have done) and will either escalate to levels you wont' be able to keep up with or just freeze you out.

Decline the contract and stay in Greece where no one will challenge the mental bubble you've created around yourself.

If you do come to Poland (against the advice of most people here) pay attention to what you say and don't go around randomly insulting the country in which you are a guest.

For Poland it was easy, just went to the courthouse (around the corner from the migration office) applied and had it in a couple of days.

But they also wanted a national one for the US (where I hadn't been for a few years). When I went to the consular agency they had a form letter already prepared saying there is no such thing available and they accepted that.

Does Canada keep national police records? When I was applying for a residence permit at one point they wanted 'oświadczenie o niekaralności' (official statement that I don't have a police record) for both the time I had spent in Poland (this was easy enough to get) and for my home country (USA) I went to the local consular office and they gave me a letter that said that the federal government doesn't keep those kinds of records...

That's a laughable idea in most of Europe. most of the radical madrassas (which have caused the Sunni covergence to Saudi norms) are in fact funded from oil arab countries.

Again, look back to the siege of the great mosque in 1979, that's the event that stopped Saudi Arabia from modernizing and the real beginning of them exporting their nasty religion. There does seem to be some karma going on, Greece tries to bully a smaller weaker country and gets bullied bigger and stronger countries while whining incessantly about it.

I'm sure the issue was first inflamed by some Greek politician or crook (but I repeat myself) to distract the public from massive theft and graft. The fact that it's still successful tends to erode my sympathy for the plight of Greeks. Starving and crying? Eat the cursed, foul word Macedonia, it's a wonder any self-respecting people would want it. The real Macedonians in Skopje do more credit than the crybaby debt non-paying Greeks

Russian promises or oaths are worth nothing. They will break any contract the second it becomes slightly inconvenient for them. More fools in the Ukraine to trust that Russia would ever keep its word.

The whole fight in Eastern Ukraine was part of a move intended to create a land bridge to Crimea (without a natural land bridge it's an expensive white elephant). The local populations immediately organized and fought back except around Donetsk where the people are poorly organized and not fast enough to push back quickly enough.

Putin has kept it on because it's a headache for a new enemy (Ukraine) and the bloodthirsty russian public wants it.

Turkey has traditionally been popular too...

But massively dumb idea, especially with the religious kleptocrat Erdogan trying to drag Turkey back in time, he even had plans to reintroduce the arabic alphabet...

In Greece I've only been to Rodos and Kos (loved both, maybe Rodos a bit more, the area of Rodos town around the northern tip of the island down through the marinas is one of my favorite places on earth..... I just wish they took better care of the beaches.
