Polska B thinks rydzyk and the duck will save Poland.
In any country where wealth goes up, birthrates go down. This is logical. In poor societies parents rely on lots of children to support them in their old age.
In wealthy societies, the system takes over this obligation.
In my native Belgium, when I was young in the sixties...my parents have 5 children, my friends' families also have 4-6 children. Now the average family has 1-2-3 children.
Nobody thinks they are the victims of atheists.
It is solely to be contributed to the material evolution of society.
P.S. The remaining duck is in poor position to comment on this one, given his common known "natural inclination" :)

I want to reflect the Polska B / gp / duck crowd on Warsaw. I do not expect the polonia crowd to understand the following though.
PIS here in Warsaw is spinning a big story about how the construction of the second metro line will be delayed for maybe a year (so they state) and the fact that the Wisłostrady tunnels are closed for months to come. And this is supposed to be the mistake of our City President HKW.
Of course they forget to mention that the first duck decided to build these tunnels (on one of the most fragile geological fragments in the city), and later Marcinkiewicz, another pis crony - whisked away to a plum job in London and with a penchant for young secretaries - moved the Powiśle station to a location under the tunnels.

I am cycling everyday here in Warsaw - actually on my good old faithful Dutch Gazelle bike - and I am still alive :)
It is true Polish drivers show a malicious view on anybody not moving around on 4 wheels, but there are a lot of bicycle paths here in Warsaw.

If you are in Warsaw, the "mlekomat" on the back of Hala Mirowska sells really fresh milk - almost straight from a cow as it were :)

Yes, Nextbike is operating it here in Warsaw. But the system gives you the unlock code to a certain bike...What is stopping you after logging off (returning the bike), to open the same lock with the same code?

It would have been much better to adopt the German system with the Stasi files. Here in Poland PIS/IPN (the same crowd) is using its information peace meal to discredit anybody critical of the PIS-ONR crowd...
A lot of my Polish friends are telling that the wholesale opening of the old archives would not suit the Polish church for example.

Did anyone already try the Warsaw city bikes? From what I read and hear they are very popular. I do not use them - have my own faithful Dutch Gazelle :) - but it looks a bit complicated in using. Still a very good idea though.

The ducks' father was a clear commie collaborator. Something generously glossed over by the PIS/Nasz Dziennik crowd. As far as I know, IPN has not published any files relating to him. By the way, IPN was offered by the government two alternative locations to their present offices.

As I know IPN is in arrears for years with its fixed costs. Interesting is that the previous owner of the building where they have their offices is Ruch, until recently state-owned.
Skanska bought it and is kicking them out because presumably they have better tenants. What is the big deal?
By the way, KOR was behaving courageously, its members all imprisoned. The duckists had a balmy time in PRL. Father a genuine commie collaborator, living in a spacious Żoliborz flat, being able to study...One not really interested in the opposite sex...(not that this bothers me, but in PRL times this was fatal as I know).
No wonder they founded the IPN.
