Unless you are a Polish native living in your predominantly conservative Catholic country and want to keep your culture 'Polish only' for your children.
Something ex-pats must learn to respect while being guest immigrants in their host country.
It's not the place as an ex-pat to try and influence to "enrich" another's culture to your personal liking.
Poland does not want their Country infiltrated with Islam despite what an ex-pat from Britain may wish for them.

Has it occurred to you that YOU don't want to listen or change ?
My advice is explain to her that if she "forces you" to move to Poland you will which will be her loss financially.
Do not let the kids be used as a weapon of pity because children are resilient and adjust quickly.
Her on the other hand will be "forced" to lower her standards to the poverty level and her, not like a child, will find it very difficult to adjust to.

Let her decide to make her own life miserable by not allowing her to use you. (Divorce will follow shortly when you cut her off financially)

Keep her as broke as possible until she divorces you IN POLAND when the merry go round starts to slow down.
Bide your time until your children are old enough to make a legal choice of who they want to live with, divorce the unreasonable woman (if she hasn't already divorced you first) when they become of that age, move back to the UK with or without your grown children, find a few much younger women to date on the "catch and release" plan and FINALLY you will have YOUR life back.

It was designed to out maneuver anything Russia could throw at it.

I will research these, thanks to you.
When I was young like you I had a left knee and a right knee.
Now at my age things change and I now have a good knee and a bad knee so I require a very good bed to sleep in and an endless hot shower.

If I have those two things I am all set for the day.
The ultimate would be to find a honest native Polish person to travel with who knows the ropes and roads throughout Poland.
Of course hit the highlights in Warsaw and then off to the country sides visiting Cracow area where my ancestors came from.
I plan on stopping to meet Ziemowit and dolnaslask as they have been more then polite to me.
I highly respect you both.
Then just before I leave I plan on meeting up to visit his friend who lives next to the zoo in Poznan for a kick ass good time. ;-)
