stop using an important topic (on its own) as a cheap distraction

Well you said he's 'well assimilated.' I dont know what you're basing that on and compared to whom. Since generally people who can't speak the language in the country theyre in and dont have citizenship, much less after over 30 years, generally arent considered to be 'well assimilated by most people, so I can only wonder if the migrants flooding into europe - who also dont speak the language, have contempt for the natives of the country theyre in, hate the government system, etc are also 'well assimilated' by your definition and degree of assimilation.

And in the EU citizenship with a particular country is kind of a non-issue.

I can work and live all over Europe as I am a eu citizen. Yet if I spent 30 years living in France or Germany and never mastered the language and neber made it past mere residency and never got the citizenship most german and French natives wouldn't consider me 'well assimilated' - theyd winder why after 30 years I still haven't bothered to master the language, especially for a college educated european like Doug. Its kind of like the migrants flowing into europe. Only difference if they've been there a few years and dont know the language, for Doug its over 30.

Nothing he says is more negative than the things I hear Poles say every day,

Not about polish people. And even if so poles have that right to talk about other poles kind of like blacks habe the right to call each other n1gger.

he's well assimilated.

Maybe according to the far left's new version of assimilation in Europe - no go zones, radical mosques, demands of crosses being taken down, not working and living off benefits, not speaking the language, etc.

Over 30 years in a country and not being fluent in its language and not having citizenship is not being 'well assimilated'

real Poles are well aware of the problems in the country and complain, loudly and clearly about them constantly.

Yeah they're sick of all the eu meddling, the threat of migrants coming in and causing terror, rape, economic burden, etc that's why they vote for pis. Pis and kukiz account for majority of polish voters afterall.

Not to say they aren't putting any effort into it every day.

Yeah by arresting pizza delivery guys dropping off food to hungry soldiers...

dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5814227/amp/Pizza-delivery-guy-detained-ICE-dropping-order-Army-base-Brooklyn.html

Like I said, bunch of pussies who are too scared and lazy to go after violent criminals breaking immigration law, those are the people who commit tons of felonies everyday as thats what you have to do in a gang to survive and gain respect.

But no they go after landscapers and pizza delivery guys who are actually doing something for the economy and country. Trump thinks he's handing jobs back to Americans except the fact is these latino immigrants tske jobs that no american wants

Idk I just don't see the wall as something that will stop the flow of people and drugs. It'll maybe put a dent in it at first but ultimately the organized groups will just change tactics and its cost hundreds of billions to make the entiee southern border look like the DMZ in korea

No I know I'm aware. Doug talks sh1t about poles all the time. He can't help it. Now he's doing it less because people are calling him out more on it and the other brits arent jumping in to defend him and also talk sh1t about poles. And Lord knows he's not the only one to say some really bad thinfs about Poles. But still eben though Doug has toned it down he can't help himself - even yesterday he called poles senseless.

And yet he claims hes only talking about polish nationalists and polish government even though he clearly doesn't specify government or nationalists but rather paints poles all with the same brush.

Adrian, why don't you just go back and look at your posts from three and half years ago

Why don't you be a dear and find them for me. You seem to care about it so much as thats all you've been posting about for days. I only write about this when people like you bother me about it. I prefer however to debate and discuss other topics in other threads. I'm sure you can pull your notes on everyone and find what I said and when.

You were wondering if you could have a decent lifestyle on a net monthly salary of around 7,000 zł

Yes because Google offered me an 8k z a month base. Which I rejected....

and you were going to live with your grandparents until you could afford to rent something :))

Actually I wrote I had the option to live at an apartment my grandparents own that sits empty while I find a place.

And yes, much has happened in 3.5 years. Just look at all the bitcoin millionaires since last year alone. People.make and lose fortunes everyday.

Yes at the time I had an 80k a year salary job... I then left it for a territory manager job which is the one delph tried to get ke.fired from. During that entire time I was involved in the family business mainly doing marketing, sales, contracts, writing bids proposals invoices, working with the subs etc as my dad doesn't speak English and we split profits accordingly

Like I said atch, ill send you a pic of 900k in cash and my smiling face with a thumbs up.as soon as I sell the house

Next?

Your apology for calling poles backwards, stupid, etc.

Still care to have your neighbors and colleagues read your posts and decide for themselves??

belittle other people on this forum, w

Actually if you notice I almost never am the one to first insult a person. Whenever I debate someone I do not use insults UNLESS they start with them first towards me. In fact when they do I point it out to them, explain how only ignorant people start with insulting others due to their lack of rhetorical devices. In fact, I just pointed that out even in the vaxxer thread.

Furthermore, notice that I dont even argue with theother cms harry or delph or jusy about anyone else for that matter even if their vie2s are the opposite of mine. However if they begin with insults I will point it out and respond in kind.

And if I'm in t the wrong I admit it and apologize

Na that don't work they just add it to the capital sum in most cases.

True. They call it 'profit' and its usually a fixed amount insteaf of interest. However my Pakistani friend told me some institutions do indeed charge far less than like a us bank with mortgage

@Atch

What is it your concern? Yes my first job out of college was 80k a year and even before that i had a decent net worth built up from my time as a commodity broker and jobs I held in college that allowed me to graduate with no student debt and buy a little cheap condo for cash right out of school. Even 4 5 years I had other sources of income - investments which included an employee purchase program that was basically a guarunteed 10% roi as employees got a 10% discount off the current price amongst other things.

Salary is different from income and assuming you pay taxes youd kmow that. That 80k salary was just thr money i got from my day job at the time. As you know I am a co owner of a construction company (family business which ive been helping my dad out with for years and it brings in about 1 to 2 mil revenue a year) have investments, am a silent partner in a currency exchange, import/export goods to poland, among other things. Like I said, just my house and the pl property alone are 2 mil. Thats not counting around 80k cash savings, my e trade securities, cars, jewelry, etc.

Worry about building your own wealth. Not worry about what a stranger on a forum has.

When I sell the house atch youll be the first to receive a picture with $900k 850k or whateber it sells for in cash and my smiling face = ) I'll take it out the bank especially for you. No mortgage no car loans no student debt and even not a single credit card as I dont believe in living above my means and paying interest

Inflation on debt is the biggest scam the banks ever pulled...
I'd convert to Islam just for their sharia banking - zero interest loans

News / An article: NATO is the American occupation of Poland and Europe, by Mateusz Piskorski [233]

Yeah but that army would have to have nukes and an army even more powerful than us russia China etc. I don't think thatd be realistic, as much as many globalists want a global security force, global economy, etc.

The US/NATO can disregard the UN and its security council at will, and indeed has many times. The main reason why is because no one can really force them to abide by UN. So rhey use the UN to enforce its will, and if they refuse they use force and UN cant do anything about it really. What are they gonna do? Sanction the US? No.way....

UN

Imo the UN is pretty fine as it is. The bigger issue is their lack of enforcement.

When the UN wouldnt allow the US to bomb Serbia they did it anyway, when the UN orders israel to stop building settlements they don't listen. North Korea can be sanctioned for not following the UN, but not other countries...

But then the question is how.much enforcement and with what means...

Yeah I probably said something like that she gets her good looks from you. And if you want to tell that to the FBI like you said you would please do. I'm sure they'll kick my door in as soon as theyre done with the el chapo trial.

What a joke... whatever dude I've said my peace on this topic.

I think you will find that the people who live in western Poland are against PIS.

Perhaps. But even the majority of PO supporters are against third world migration. And their views are pretty socially conservative especially when compared to places like uk, sweden, germany, etc where they have women legally marrying dead pirate ghosts and children who are encouraged to cross dress and society hates hetero christians.

No PO supporter would like to be called backwards or stupid or have their country's struggle for independence made fun of.

@Dougpol1

Not once did I ever get your daughter involved or contact her or anything like that and I can stay that with all honesty so stop lying.

Context shmontext... I know what you wrpte.. forget even about the nationalists or independence day. you called poles backward and stupid so **** you. But you'd never say that in person because you're a keyboard warrior. You know if you called your polish neighbors, your polish students, etc stupid and backward they wouldn't want to live next to you and definetely wouldnt want to do business with someone who thinks of polish people so low, regardless of their politics. And if you said that to a young patriotic man youd definetely be missing a few teeth.

You nationalists can have the mosquitoes and your precious forest, or what's left of it

We don't need that when we have ALL of poland. You forget pis is in charge and has 2-3x the support of 2nd place PO. And if you wish to change the situation and make your voice heard get your citizenship and vote

Or at least the majority of it's citizens are against what you stand for.

Seeing as how CBOS and other stat agencies say 3/4 of Poles reject migrants from me and africa and the majority of poles reject gay marraige I beg to differ.

Actually the majority of poles are againstbwhat you stand for - commies, uncontrolled third world migration, diminishing the importance of Christianity and its traditions, etc. That's why poles voted pis in. Pis and kukiz support together accounts for the majority of poles. PO camt even some close theyve been in the teens, getting close to the 20s (half to a third of pis support) the past few years. And actually even a slight majority of pis supporters also rejects migrants from me and africa accoeding to cbos.

If I did to you what some people have done to each other on here including to me, all your neighbors, potential student you want to tutor, every pole in your life would know your true feelings and hatred towards poles and theres plenty of.materkal for them to read. You're lucky I'm not going to take it to that level as I have better things to do. Nonetheless I will admit it does bother me that a person who hates poles so.mucb and constantly calls them stupid, backward, makes fun of poles. Its one thing to make fun of the government, but you make fun of all poles - the country where you live, your neighbors, students, etc

You could not buy a house in those days without Ministry of interior permission.

I know filling out paperwork sucks but that's how people buy and sell especially property.

You have simply no idea what it was like to try and make a living in those times.

Yes I do because my family and i lived in poland throughout the 90s. I wasn't working as I was a kid in grade school but I was keenly aware of what problems people faced. Instability and poverty affects adults and kids all the same. Even in the mid to late 90s I followed the war in yugo everyday and aware of what was going on.

The Marriott brigades that you denigrate were also people that had missing skills

Those people did not stay in poland and contribute. They came in with capital, analyzed where the best roi was, and as long as there was good cash flow and their NPV calculations were on target with reality they didn't give a rats was about poland.

Doug seems a pretty well adjusted guy -

Is that why he constantly derides poland and calls poles backwards and stupid? Is that why he calls a celebration of regaining freedom after veing off the map for over a century a wank fest? Yet despite all his ragging on poland he won't leave because he knows he couldn't live nearly the same kind of life style and have the same degree of safety in the UK as in poland.

News / An article: NATO is the American occupation of Poland and Europe, by Mateusz Piskorski [233]

What we did to Japan and germany after ww2 was noble and altruistic. We actually helped the people rebuild without adding up ebery candy bar given given via airlift to german kids and concrete bag given to the japs and then charging tjem for it plus interest to be paid at a future date, in dollars of course. Now Japan owns more us debt than even China and germany is the most economically powerful country in Europe way ahead of uk and france.

Now we go into Syria Iraq Libya all these countries without a clue what were going to do in the long term as long as a few parties can make some cash in the short term. The only westerners who care about the people are banks, oil companies etc with the same whales owning shares in each because they can offer high interest reconstruction loans, offer security services, offer arms to the new security forces chosen by the occupation, etc. Its basically a transfer of wealth from taxpayer who fund military to the private sector once the invaded/occupied country is all ****** up.

Then in the long run it always ends up biting us in the ass whether its Libya or isis or sadr who is now basically untouchable diplomatically and is the most powerful person in Iraq. The same guy who commanded the peace company which killed thousands of.american soldiers occupying Iraq.

And we'll likely end up there again in some way shape or.form. The war on terror is the biggest self perpetuating scam ever pulled....

He came in 1992.

All the more reason to be wealthy today. Tons of opportunities as the market opened up. A property purchased for 30k back then would be easily worth a minimum of 1 mil zloty and even as high as 4 5 plus mil zs today.

And that's just properties let alone all the new companies coming in, the new stock market, the very lax tax and business law environment, etc. A person who came from the west to poland in 92 should be very wealthy even without a ton of formal business education and experience.

No big multinational IT companies in Poland back then.

There were plenty of multinational corps in poland back then. Perhaps not it but plenty of other fields. And that's when the Marriott brigades started showing up from the west to invest in polands market.

But idc about that really. He chose his career so be it. What bothers me and should bother all poles on here and people with polish families, spouses, etc is that he calls poles stupid, backwards, and independence day celebrations a wank fest - a day that commemorates regaining our freedom after a century off the map and the innumerable lives lost in that struggle so we could have a free independent poland today. But he doesn't get that. And even if he doesnt he knows such things are very offensive to poles and he would never dare repeat them in public because he knows he'd get stomped, his polish friends and neighbors would hate him, and his polish students would neber come to him for tutoring if they knew the things hes said about them as polish people

You can still get whooping cough even if you are vaxxed. Same with flu, meningitis, etc. So no, the vaxxing doesnt make a difference.

And its thanks so whooping cough vaccines that the.whole no fault laws were passed. Till a company takes responsibility for damages caused by a product they make esp one they expect people to inject, no thanks...

than vaccine against it privately.

Had it done in poland back in prl times. They vaxx against diseases that are basically extinct or can be easily treated but not against hep b which is a hardcore disease.

Look if you want to inject viruses and thimerosal into your body be my guest. That's your right. However I prefer not to. I've never had tetanus, meningitis, and even flu for over 10 years. I'll trust my immune system over a product made for companies to make them a profit with no recourse should the side effects end up being paying deadly. Its like the bogus lamisil medicine - itll clear your yellow toe nails, but you might get seizures, strokes and even die... no thanks

And good luck with beating polio with jogging and bowl of fruit and vegetables.

Considering the chances of catching it is literally 17 in over 6 billion ill take my chances. Im statistically more likely to win the lottery than catch polio

Rofl FBI?? Please... yeah because even on their slowest day they have nothing more important to do...

wanker as you are,

Says the guy who talks a ton of sh1t about polish people and calls our independence day celebrations a wankfest, calls polish people stupid and backwards amongst other things... but only online of course because you know if you said that to any polish guy around your commie block youd get stomped. You would never dare call independence day a wank fest to your neighbors and fellow poles, least of all a polish stranger and you know it. If any of your 60 zloty an hour clients knew about the things you said I bet theyd never do business with you again. Even with all your complaining about Poland you wouldn't leave because you know that no other country can give you the same level of a good cheap life and a high degree of safety from the regular cultural enrichment happenin.

Pretty much wveryone is, especially females.

Yes and no. Women first and foremost want security and a confident man. There's plenty of girls who are wealthy and beautiful but date a guy who's middle class and average looking but is confident and can atleast provide a secure existence. A girl will.much rather date someone who's confident, good in bed (which generally comes with confidence, and not a two pump chump) and has a job, even if he's not making a ton of money than a guy.whos very good looking but is broke, lazy, etc. As girls age looks tend to become less and less important.

The gold.diggers are only gold digging because they found a sucker who isn't confident but can provide security, in this case financial. Gotta have both. Even if the girl is dating a guy who is providing her with everything and she's totally using him, shell.end up.dumping him or cheating on him anyway for a guy who is confident even if he doesn't have the same.means.

Learn to be assertive and confident and you wont get ripped off and you'll find a girl in no.time..staring at a girl on and off then when her eyes meet yours looking away only to talk to her later and try to flirt will never work

you still are paying the mortgage every month and the property taxes and insurance and the lawn care and general maintenance.

Yup that's how we lost a lot of money during the recession. Had too many properties at once and then sales tanked as did values. We couldve held onto them as 2 were bought in cash one residential that was a pos tear down but had a double lot and other was a small fairly cheap commercial rental property (dentist office) and 1 had a mortgage which was a flip in the burbs. The bills and all wouldnt even have been a problem and we could've held on once prices went up but the ridiculous property taxes forced us to sell. The dentiat office was sold for I believe 240k and the taxes at the time were 20k because its commercial. Had we kept it itd be 17% higher due to the new increase. Even with a rent in the ballpark of 3.5k we were basically breaking even.

I do all my own maintenance and landsca8ping. I'm probably the only guy on the block who does that. I love it when the milfs on my block see me cutting the grass or trimming the hedges and bring me lemonade or ice tea and come by to chat. Also the costs are far lower about half. Plus I have a roomie so that helps.

Still if he had a mortgage and bought a house (with mortgage ) in Texas It would be huge if not a ranch.

Yeah I remember seeing a news story where some guy filed for adverse possession on a home and basically lived there for a yesr for $16 till finally he was kicked out. Basically the owner defaulted and the mortgage company went bankrupt so he filed an adverse possession. Had his story not been on the news he probably would've kept the place. But the bank who i guess was involved with thr mortgage company ended up taking it.

Anyway in the news story the.reporter was describing the 'manicured lawns and 300k houses.' Here 300k will get you a small split level in a decent suburb. I also looked around Atlanta and I recall seeing one home that was like 5k sq ft with a pool for 450k. And the best part is property taxes in those states are super low. In chicago theyre absolutely ridiculous and constantly get raised. A person who has a house worth maybe 200 250k living in cook county will easily pay 11k plus a year. While in other many other states esp red ones that figure is cloaer to 1k. The Republican states tend to have way lower property taxes which encourage homeownership. While states like California, Illinois new York etc have super high taxes so people don't buy homes even If they can afford it. They rent and that's what property taxes here have forced me and a lot of others to do. A lot of people are leaving too because the cost of living is simply so much lower in surrounding states

Yes, but he doesn't have 900,000 dollars Dolno.

You're right, I have more. Bringing this bs up yet again I see. What's with you? This is a convo between me and dolmo. Why do you care so much whether I have a mortgage or dont, or what I can sell it for and cant... And the home is priced only 50k above the 850k average of the street.

The reason why im selling is because I dont want any illiquid assets as I prepare my move and I'm sick of paying a 13k a yesr property tax.

And actually ill basically break even after I sell this place as housing prices fell quite a bit. The most the house was ever worth was in 2007 2008 right at the recession and before I owned it and it was at k believe 1.05 mil or 1.1 mil.

Actually such info can be removed in numerous ways - expungement/sealing, hiring an seo company, contacting the site and paying them, deindexing, etc

Besides it doesn't really matter because if a person seeks work at a place that does background checks they go off whats on the background check not what's online or hearsay. So as long as a person doesn't have a bunch of convictions for relatively minor things its not a big deal to most people.

It amazes me though how much stock people.put into playing internet detective for people they don't know and will likely never meet. I mean what would drive a person to do that. I can only think of sheer boredom and having nothing better to do in their lives, unhappiness or perhaps even envy, straight up nosyness and being more concerned with strangers than themselves or quite simply mental problems. The sad thing is how peoples info as traded here like a currency. If it was just 1 or 2 people whatever, but its damn near half the regular posters playing net detective. No other forum is quite like this... No wonder so many people don't stay

I wouldn't be bragging about breaking Federal laws on a public forum in fear of a knock on my door by the I.R.S. & I.C.E.

Those guys happen to be legal as far as I know and actually they're Honduran - all brothers too. Also, when subcontracting a contractor has less liability. It's up to the subcontractor's firm to know whether he's got illegals on the payroll. A lot of white guys don't want to take the risk so one Latino dude that's legal will set up a firm in his name and then employ a bunch of family and friends - especially in the landscaping and construction business. And besides, the IRS and ICE are the least of my concerns. ICE will NEVER round up all the illegals nor prevent more from coming in. They may slow it down a bit, and perhaps deport thousands - to enormous costs to the taxpayer with one of the reasons being that illegals are held in private prisons. Private prisons have a minimum occupancy oftentimes 90-100% and if they aren't filled up the taxpayer pays the difference.

ICE mainly goes against easy pickings. They don't go into the barrios and round up all the illegals who are committing crimes. No, that's too difficult for them and its far more dangerous and they're scared. They only do it when its an absolute must or when its time to make the news again. It's far far easier for them to go after the Mexicans who are working in restaurants, farms, etc. There was a huge raid recently in Chicago at a large upholstery shop. That **** just sickens me - these people come here to work and break their back for minimum wage and are grateful asf to be in the US - even if illegally - and do the dirtiest work that US citizens would never do... only to be deported because ICE takes the easy way out instead of rounding up illegals with felony records.

, I was talking the seasonal migrant workers that come here to pick crops in the agricultural zones, clean seasonal fish

Same. And much if not most of those guys aren't legal - especially those working on dairy farms. That's why Ice has a huge center in rural Pennsylvania. Those guys just go to work and back and have their groceries and all their other stuff dropped off by the farmer that employs them bc they know at any moment they can get caught up.

Trump is putting his foot down on these people that are here illegally and deporting them.

Hes not deporting them any more than Obama is when deportations were the highest. Plus it costs taxpayers over 30k to deport a person. Id rather have them stay here and work in the dairy farms and day labor personally. Thanks to Mexicans we managed to tear down and build a deck in one day today which we literally just finished. Id never be able to finish a job that quick and make the kind of profits or and still pay them over 20 an hour cash with any other kind of workers. Those mofos work harder thsn any other nationality i think on the face of this earth, including poles. Plus thanks to them I get to learn another language while dropping off materials, getting them lunch etc.

Do it right, you are welcome is what Trump has said.

Except in reality a Mexican with no education and little to no English has little chance of getting a legal visa, even if he's willing to break his back and pay taxes.

I remember how it was when poles tried to come legally but the unlucky ones would be denied and then were sneaking in through Canada for decades. Your reward if you didn't get caught in 10 years was naturalization. I know tons of poles who became citizens that way.

My dream house is a 14 story palace in wroclaw with ballroom but its over 4 mil euro.. one can dream though lol. No bu in reality ill buy a plot in the suburbs in a wooded area. Privacy and security are my main concerns. But I'll see one thing at a time. It wont even be that much even after I sell this place and the land in pl esp and europe isnt all that cheap.
