We don't see you speaking out against the disgusting racism on this board rozumiemnic.

I think you will find that you do.

No kettle.

'Giving you cheek'? really? Isn't that term more normally used for eg parent / child, teacher/pupil? No he was just doing his job.

yes kettle. YOu chose the word 'gentleman' which you wouldn't have if he had been white.

As in 'wily oriental...'

Possibly your racism is so deep within you that you are not aware that your choice of words says it all.

If you "couldn't care less about his 'race'" then why bring it up?

had some Asian gentlemen in customs at Coventry airport ask me "What the purpose of my visit" to the UK was. Even when faced with my British passport.

you see Doug, even your choice of words here is racist...'Asian gentleman' indeed. Think hard about why you chose the word 'gentleman' here before you start calling racism. Would you have used 'gentleman' if he had been white? I think not. This guy was doing his job, if it was obvious that you are not a UK resident. He was probably born in Croydon.

Pot. Kettle. Black

UK, Ireland / A new mayor in London: opinion of Polish people in the UK? [317]

" Sharia in London may be be a good thing , The the financial center of Europe might move to somewhere safe like Wroclaw or Warsaw which would be great for Poland. "

oh please, dolno, do get a grip...:) That is hardly going to happen is it? Are you deluded or just on a wind-up? lol @ financial centre of Europe moving to Wroclaw...just LOL.

i lived like over 4 years in whitechapel.

good for you Gregy, In that case you will surely know that tourists tend not to 'spend most of their time around the Stock Exchange' or indeed in Whitechapel...:)

Even in front of the exchange there'd be plenty of dudes in clothes you'd see more in like Jeddah - s

Adrian,
speaking as a Londoner , sitting in an internet cafe on the Old Kent Road , you are talking utter utter nonsense.

anyway nobody would visit London and spend all their time in the City (the area around the stock exchange to you), so to quote Harry, 'stop lying'...:)

@Rozu: maybe he is not religious but he was born ... Jewish

his Father came from a Jewish family, that is all. That doesn't make someone Jewish but I am sure you must know that.

" Born at Westminster Hospital in London, Goldsmith is the middle child of Sir James Goldsmith, a member of the Goldsmith family of German Jewish and French descent, and his third wife, the Anglo-Irish aristocrat, Lady Annabel Vane-Tempest-Stewart."

That is NOT 'Born Jewish' now is it?

oh stop being such a negative nasty t.wat Levi, just for a minute, there's a love.

I know who Zac Goldsmith is thanks, INPolska, and he is not Jewish btw, not religiously anyway. Has anyone else noticed the startling resemblance between him and his sister Jemima Khan, and Princess Diana?...:) Perhaps they are related..

Boris is, in fact, as "Jewish" as Goldsmith is.

Love / Polish Wedding present - how much money for the couple? [40]

I think it's a class thing in the West tbh InPolska - I have attended a wide variety of weddings and the one held in a nightclub on Brighton seafront with a chocolate fountain and all night bar was the one where guests brought envelopes with cash....if we had done that at the 'posh' one with a marquee and sit down dinner, I could just imagine!! It would have gone down like a sack of shyte!

Life / Is it safe for Indians, Sikhs living here in Poland? Any Temple / Gurudwara in Wroclaw? [159]

think about it a bit InPolska. it is classic victim blaming. (if they hadn't gone there, they wouldn't have been attacked..ergo it is their own fault). this is very similar to victims of rape being blamed rather than the perpetrators.

Please don't get aggressive or start a flurry of personal insults followed by winky faces, if you don't get my point. Thanks.

Poland is not a "friendly" place for "different" looking people so they should know what risks they face ...

yes but that is like saying that it is a woman's fault she got raped, isn't it? Perhaps she was out in a bar late at night, perhaps she was wearing a short skirt. ...

Essentially let's blame the protagonists, not the victims.
I know what you are saying though.

" I believe would be vcitims should not go to places where they won't be feel comfortable and problem solved ;)"

classic blame shifting there...in fact why not take it further and say that only pale skinned people should be issued passports..?

Also, your little passive aggressive winky face is still making you appear...not quite well. Just saying.

Life / Poland is safe to visit - "Daily Mail" [100]

Most of us have a brain cell in our bodies (though obviously not Mail readers.....)

you see Doug, it is that kind of silly superior attitude that puts people off leftie types and Guardian readers like yourself.
Yes I have many brain cells thank you, my choice of reading material does not affect that.

exactly tictactoe - sometimes the Guardian makes me feel faintly nauseous.

Terrorist threats have been more likely in countries which have accepted a significant number of Muslim refugees and/or already have sizable Muslim minorities

or another way of putting that could be 'terrorist threats are more likely in countries which have a colonial background'. Think about it....France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, UK., Netherlands....all of these countries raped, pillaged and murdered on a global scale.

Life / Poland is safe to visit - "Daily Mail" [100]

yes Smurf, using the word 'retard' is way worse than reading the Daily Mule.
Personally I read it every day - it's important to know what you are up against.
Plus they have some interesting articles about abandoned buildings and so on..., as well as great telly pages (according to my mother when I used to give her a hard time about reading it - but I have grown up since then)
