In all over the civilised world its called courtsey.FOOL.

Law / File complaint against Poland's police [97]

@AdrianK9, Man you think like American style in Poland. All the laws are almost there but the way they are implemented is different or bended with coveneince.I tell you almost 5 years back I was building a warehouse in Siedlce area and had problem with cops for stolen materials and blocking a lane of the highway for construction of entrance. But if you know the system sheet goes very smoothly there. It costs you, but if you play it smartly all can be easily done until unless the other party is STRONGER(in that case is better to settle).

I see you thinking again about why the other party will not declare bankruptcy, because they know when to do it and probably are working with the LOCALS:))) and that you live in America.

@dolnoslask: I agree with you,in small towns things work differently. It always is nice to take some known figures for a vacation etc:)Donate to local teams or organisations. hey in small business these things matter even in states as well.honestly,I always make sure I take cpl boxes of liq filled candies for the staff in municipal offices during Xmas .Not to mention cops would give you PBA cards to avoid minor traffic violations etc.

Love / Polish traditions and customs in a relationship - payments [39]

have continued to pay the mortgage without any contribution from her

The point is proving in court that she didnt spend a dime. What if she is spending on food, vacations or other expensies etc or even claims to, if the OP has paid that in cash and she is keeping her money in cash or hidden in some foreign account.HSBC Bank is notorious in doing that.Relationshio fights are bloody and sheet goes in it in case of a split.

UK, Ireland / Marriage in Sweden, divorce in Poland (applying from Ireland?) [40]

5 cents(a nickel) a lot bro:)
Dont you think if he registers his marriage in his homeland or the country he is living in with Polish marriage certificate he can apply for a divorce there provided he can serve her legally somehow just once (the initial divorce proceedings)?

I was married in states but had to register my marriage in Poland also(without the court ceremony) and told that we can get divorced either in Poland or States now.LOL hope that sheet never happens though just curious.

Law / Advice on rights for an unborn child in Poland [23]

So you admit that you assume he cant afford to hire a good law firm? Also you are saying that only hopeless people ask here? How many times have you asked here? Then my imaginary attorney pal....dude maybe try to get a shrink for a group you might get discount. And please behave and respect your host country that atleast puts bread on your table then your motherland.

People when depressed ask questions everywhere and its not right to advice them wrong.Think why did your consultancy business went kapoot?Dont you think it was the same reason?Oh you embarassed to discuss that?Sorry, if I am offending to remind you of your very bad decision in business.May I suggest teaching career has no advancement prospects esp in your field also.

UMMMM underpants??First i soiled them(only you and your bum chum would know, I wonder how?)why so much obsession with my underpants...Sorry bud I am str8 and happily married since your history here indicates your sexual lifestyle, which dont interest me.THANK YOU though:D

Law / Advice on rights for an unborn child in Poland [23]

Oh, you were talking about one of your imaginary friends.

here we go..... what is not in your level is impossible in your opinion like JR having a house etc.
BTW the law firm has over 300 lawyers worldwide.
Tell me Delph why your consultancy business failed? No clients?wonder why .And now a teaching career with 40 year IMAGINARY mortgage on a flat.
Let me tell you the OP may have more money to hire a good firm and fry the poor woman whether he is brown/black skin, resident or not but a father of a child.Wake up

And stop abusing your host country where you are not even a citizen but just an economic immigrant.

Law / Advice on rights for an unborn child in Poland [23]

the only 'rights' you have are eg safeguard and promote the child's health, development and welfare.

Maybe you had some screwed up law firm.
@Terri, 15% thingy is useless,if he shows his income 100$ a month in india which is probably very manipulative there.
@OP,All depends what law firm you hire and how much money you have SIMPLE.If you went to Poland for tourism then I assume you have money.

Don't give him false hope.

He is not giving no false hope but its your primary school teachers knowledge of the law.Rest assured maybe at your level a brown or black skinned man has no chance.Infact I just finished talking to a lawyer friend in Poland and asked and his answer was the same with an example if the woman even drinks OCCASIONALLY all the lawyer has to prove that she drinks and can be a bad mother.Relationship fights are usually like dog and cat fights esp when kids are involved, the more dirt you throw at the other party more chances are of your winning.Sad but true.BTW the lawyer works for a large international law firm in warsaw(if you ever need any references and CAN AFFORD I will gladly pass you the contact)

I had to type this to TRY to wake you up from your little la la land you living in.

Law / Advice on rights for an unborn child in Poland [23]

i am ready to pay to my son for whole my life

Thats a wrong attitude, that will make the mom and kid a spoiled brat right from the start.if she wont give me legal rights I would first get my DNA done then remburse her what she spends on/for the kid like crib, strawler, diapers, baby food as the baby grows. She can send you the bills and and you can pay. Also for a start if she dont have money I would give her cpl pf grand to use.in emergency. You do have rights if you have the money for lawyers to fight.Dont worry about these people who say you have no rights or have to pay a lot, thats the case for whimpos who think only an inch ahead.Yes you need money for lawyers and you have all rights.

Infact a friend of mine got full custody of an toddler even living in states and has to take the baby to Poland 3 times a year, and another female friend who lost her custody to Polish dad of her 1 year old.

Life / Medical / Healthcare Questions in smaller towns in Poland [10]

Thank you pani InPolska,I am pushing 55 and run 5 miles everyday .
Again Johnny depends where you go.4/5 yrs back i got my wisdom tooth taken out 1 in usa which costed me 800$ with gas,the doc just slapped the mask on and in cpl mins took out the tooth and another one I got it out at some clinic on Electrajlna street in Warsaw. They charged me almost 175$ same procedure with gas, better, cleaner clinic and even the doctors gave me a choice of 5 flavours of gas.Even my wife got her implants there, been almost 10 years and all is fine.

Travel / Misery /PRL era tourism in Warsaw [25]

Firstly FYI and again what i wrote was"I GO TO pOLAND EVERY MONTH FOR A MONTH" Ithats what you understand as staying in Poland for a month in a year.

Secondly I DONT shop at LV,but go to the restaurants above that building.Inpolska are you timid or age has got you to understand? No wonder you are hand in hand with some posters here.

Again your so called western standards is a myth about Warsaw(which was true maybe 12 years back).
If one cant find anything in Warsaw is maybe because of language (CAN YOU PLEASE NAME ME ANYTHING)same as in France or Germany.eg:LQQK at the dirty/filthy metro of Paris compared to Warsaw not to mention the clean streets of Praga (where there are trash containers almost everywhere while a rare thing in Paris)with no beer cans and litter than in the streets of Paris. downtown (your home country).

I also have a some very close friends from Moscow who have visited me in the states and who DONT have that opinion, maybe they are not elite{like the people you claim to mingle with here) but are very well off. Also they dont have Plan B as living off welfare with 1000 euros a month which is nothing in Warsaw forget Paris.

And YES i do pay taxes in Warsaw that makes me a legal resident and not SOME but a LOT.

Again I will ask you to elaborate "western standards" by your vocabulary?

Travel / Misery /PRL era tourism in Warsaw [25]

As a resident of Warsaw,"Praga", we mean the very bad neighborhoods thereof and we do not include Saska Kępa ;) with its ul. Francuska

And as a resident of Warsaw I can argue that nowadays Praga as a bad neighborhood is no more thought of.(I dont know were did you read that I dont live in Warsaw).

Also I dont know what are you talking about western standards?I have seen worst and dirty neighbourhoods in Paris,or even New York, where I will be scared to walk even in bright daylight.Warsaw standards are pretty well comparable to western standards including infrastructure.Honestly most Polish houses/Flats in Poland i have been to are well maintained and have mostly everything one needs to live moderately.I think some expats rant about western standards to show some kind of complex,as they cant live the same standard of life in there own homeland.

Not to offend you but can you please elaborate western standards?

Travel / Misery /PRL era tourism in Warsaw [25]

but was demolished some 2 years ago

You talking about SEZAM?was the first ever grocery store I visited in Warsaw, and the only one near me then. Now infact across Carefourr on Chemilna, new Biedronka opened up ,is small with 2 floors and a lift. There use to be Kredyt bank in 2000 right across that Czec beer place called Czeska.Sezam was a one stop shop I agree but now they building a new building and mickey dees was opening up in that building next to it,where it was SPHINX before, last month when I was there,I hope they have 24 hr service window like the one in demolished mickey dees. I heard there will be a supermarket.I loved the Grilled chicken they sold from the side.

BTW after that banana prices I started watching food prices and realised here in NJ the Bread prices have gone outrageous min price I could find for a loaf in Walmart was 2.75$ while in Warsaw centre I buy a reasonable loaf for 4 Pln and cheapest is under 2 PLN and no good steak less then 8.99 a lb.

A bit late to add across jerozolimskie on krucha there is that black building called wilka(wolf)has shops of Louis Vuitton, Hermes & Chanel,on top of the building there are 2 restaurants and a deli and wine cellar, its like going up by 4 long escalators or nice elevators, reasonably highend priced but food is great. They sell cheese, meat, jams etc everything mostly organic and very good.I always buy from there if Im invited for a grill. Also there dinners are great and have cigar smoking rooms at the end also.Price is right average 100pln p person with reasonable wino.My wife buys meats/fish from there to take to her village.

Delph Don't go to Praga Harry tells me you will get your head kicked in as it is a no go zone. and deffo don't go to the glass houses my uncle lives there, rough as a badger

Wrong Dolno, there are beautiful restaurants like soho factory etc and on ul francusca whole street is full and crowded with yuppes in summer and weekends.we go there often to get out of the tourist crowd in the centre on bikes then take the ferry back to old town.

Is that dreadful Carrefour still there on the same street nearby? (Marszałkowska?)

Yes the underground one is still there they sell alcohol and next to that is Rossman in underground, but if you get out from the back door escalators on the left front is that new biedronka i mentioned above.

Travel / Behavior of Polish travellers on Planes. [72]

I can imagine Brits doing that as in Poland near my building there is a strip club called New Orleans and every friday/sat nights the bouncers are whacking brits out. Also in Krakow city square they use to run naked and would get away cheap by paying 1100pln as fines.I am glad germans know well how to tackle them.

Imagine if it was in states? they would have to serve a jail time, pay a hefty fine and then get deported.

News / Why has the US dollar reached almost 3.99 zł in Poland? [56]

Johnny, you mean gas business will go down to tubes?I have recently seen for last cpl of years that exxon, shell,BP,sunoco and all big companies selling there gas station properties.is there something coming?Should the current private gas station owners sell there properties?
