Look at the economic state of any country where they are darked skinned and you might find they fair less than those in fairer skinned countries...they dont even have the fundamental basics - is it just coincidence? Ireland was oppressed and still is in part but has made it through some difficult times and became an economic success (no black gold there either!)...Poland the same..

As for your recommendations, I know very well how asians feel about "dark" skinned asians, thats why the fashion industry and skin lighten products (carcinogenic and unregulated) and bollywood is full of fair skinned women..no dark ones, unlike in the west where we have every colour under the sun...(pardo the pun)...In all honesty S... we are less racist in the west than they are in their own countries! They dont refer to themselves as such, they refer to their nationality,(in a recent 5pm new prog a Brit born Indian bloke call himself English! not even British...how rude!), if born or naturalised in Ireland they call themselves Irish or if in Britain they call themselves British...Same as a Brit born in Zimbabwe would call themselves Zimbabwian(well they wouldnt really) not Afrian...Nationality is different from your ethnicity.

Most if not all of the countries with dark skinned people are slow developing and flee to devleoped countries where they have light coloured skin - economics play a large part, but not always - As wrong as it is, white have always dominated and therefore dark skin will always be looked down on, even in countries where dark skin is prevalent, those with darker skin are looked down on - so its not just a European thing.

I can answer that...there are some Poles that feel discriminated against and hard done to (I went to two dates with one who complained continuously about how hard done to he was!)...there are plenty more I am sure like him...Poles have simply made a bed for themselves (clichesite.com/content.asp?which=tip+2381)

Hmmm....Well, here is a little story:

My childhood friend moved to Greece and earnt a fortune as a pit boss in a casino, she met a rather charming guy who parked cars (yes well beneith her, but he was charming)..they started to date and he was lovely caught fish and cooked them on an open bbq on the beach (she was so impressed!)...they dated for quite some time...

He then gave her genital warts he caught off some prostitute (why he went with her I have no idea my friend is rampant and could do it all day every day if she could!)...

He then beat the **** out of her because she had this disease (I'll point out here that he was the second man she had ever slept with in her life - she was quite old fashioned in that way - first b/f was from 19 to 24).

He then proposed to her, she accepted (I cried and asked her what the phuck she was doing, at this point she told me she was pregnant!)..

They got married..big Greek wedding I went over, very nice..

She lost her job because the casino closed..income gone..moved to his "village" ...mother in law tried to breast feed her child!!! He was a complete ......after an incident with the baby and threatened to get her arrerested!!!...

They came back to the UK, he left her and Telemachos before his 1st birthday because he didnt like the weather in the UK or having to work!

Im not saying he is a typical Greek guy, his older brother took me out for a drink (they wanted him out of the house!) when he was on a visit and he was lovely...he actually said he was the most beautiful inteligent women he had ever met (obviously had taste!).....

Moral of this story is, dont date uneducated Greeks...They are smooth (not like our skallies)....and can deceive!

Neither the British Embassy or her local MP have anything to do with her personal business (people die all the time, its traumatic for those involved but its not out of the ordinary!)...She needs to instruct a solicitor, same as anyone who has a personal matter that involves an estate passing to a living relative where no Will has been drawn up - Im not sure how probate works in Poland, but Jonni has offered assistance and I'd go for that.


If you are doing that you have to make an appointment and go in person to the passport office..no sending off details any more..they have to see you in person!

There are 1,000s of qualified people out of work in the UK, many of whom have experience and qualifications, there just arent enought jobs (recession and.... cheap labour masquerading as competition)....companies will not take a man with 7 years experience working as a qualified electrician as a shop assistant, 1. because he has no experience (yep thats the line they give) 2. because they know he will leave when something in his line comes up (hence excuse no.1) 3. Because there are 100s already in line before him...

I know Arien personally and I know he's a grafter and he is not out of work by choice, he is simply a victim of circumstances, full time electrician jobs are few and far between, he lives for contracts and in this economic climate, his services are not exactly in high demand.

In Europe it comparable and the unfortunately the job markets are similarly depressed...We are not prepared to work for less than we are worth...We have been used to certain standard, unlike Poles...sorry if that sounds harsh but its the truth.

The days of Western Europeans (skilled tradesmen) heading elsewhere for work for better money has gone..cheap labour has flooded the market, the Brits went to Germany in the 80, the Brits when to Saudi states in the 70s...these places are now flooded with work camps that not even dog would stand for and for wages not even a begger would stand for!
